Breaking the Mold: Ditching Old Coping Tools

  • Many times, the tools we used in the past to cope with overwhelming situations just stay with us, and we continue using these tools habitually and usually without realizing it, such as staying small and/or quiet to feel safe. If this is no longer your reality and you are in a better place these tools may now be limiting you. It may be useful to take stock and bring awareness into old patterns and which ones are no longer needed.
    Love to all of those tools that helped us in the past, but with gratitude, acknowledge them and release what doesn't serve you and life will look a whole lot different.
