@@explorerestorewithjulie Yes, I tell my clients they can start with a cheap dog ball and then go from there. I help them a lot, but they need to do there homework/self-care too!
Thanks, Julia, I forget I like foot rolling. A good reminder. I had not understood it in relationship to fascia. But I always felt better and more relaxed immediately. Now I'm a smarter woman!

Go gently @rinakaur7245, if its tender this could be a sign that things are a bit stuck, so please don't go to the point of pain. See if you can just allow your body to melt into it.And if the ball is too much, remember you can always just massage with your hands too. Let me know how it goes <3
