it's pretty funny to think even after harnessing the power of fire for thousands of years we still haven't figured out how to keep it from burning us.

I grew up in the 80s and lived with my retired grandparents. EVERYTHING was bolted under their kitchen cabinets. Coffee pot, radio, electric can opener, and the microwave as well.
My family has had lawn darts for decades and never used them until they were banned, and then they've been at every party and reunion since.
Robotic lawnmowers are amazing lol I know they seem silly as hell but I’m a small engines mechanic and even I see the value in them. The battery technology has a while to go before it becomes truly sustainable but if you look into the Gravely EV mowers they are going to be commonplace very very soon
NZXT H1 V2 has many improvements, including the PCIE riser thing. bigger holes for air flow, bigger compatible power supplies. it's now a pretty solid box to do a SFF ITX build in these days.
I still use the h1 v1 I just use mid to low range parts I wouldn't go high end it there lol but it runs cool for whats in there

I have never seen the under-cabinet coffeemaker before this video, but in the 1990's when I was a child, I remember all manner of under-cabinet appliances. They seemed to usually carry the "Spacemaker" brand(?) and there were some pretty cool ones. I recall there being can openers, radios, fold-down TVs, even a blender. I actually somehow ended up with a GE Spacemaker AM/FM radio that had a cassette player, a light, and an appliance outlet. I just really liked the volume and quality of the sound, so I just drug it around my house and used it as a boombox of sorts.
This gotta be my favorite TH-cam channel now. Thanks to Matt, he's a party (:

11:00 - damn something from the future got recalled smh
About 2 weeks ago I built a system in the NZXT H1 V2 and it was really impressive how easy the building process was. Pre-routed cables are a godsend and there's a ton of smaller loops built into the case's side pillars for zip-ties so management was super easy. Plus, with the increased space and compartmentalized CPU/GPU sides along with full mesh I get quite competitive temps. The most limited part is the CPU because of the integrated 120mm RAD, but if you're just going for a gaming system an i5-12600K and a 3070Ti like I used does fine.
Genuinely a great PC case, highly recommend for a first SFF build.
Every time Austin says fire hazard you should flash his burning apartment over the screen.
Ethernet comes with many different fire ratings. The recalled monoprice had a rating of CMR which requires additional fire ratings to prevent the spread of fire and to create less fumes. It was these additional standards that it did not meet. It wasn't going to catch fire any worst than your standard ethernet cable.
Lawn darts were fine....played hundreds if not thousands of games with them and never once did anyone get hurt. The only kids who got hurt with them were the stupid ones who probably would have hurt themselves doing something equally as stupid if they hadn't existed.
The NZXT H1 chassis problem was fixed somewhat; I have one, and they sent out everyone who bought one free, high quality plastic screws to fix the issue. I’ve had the case for 4 years now, and I still love its small form factor.
lawn darts were amazing (original with metal spike). for kids and drunk adults, not so much, but I always had fun playing with them
I was born in '80. Although I never had lawn darts I did play with regular darts in my lawn the same way you would use the lawn variety. I was outside one day launching darts underhand in giant arches across the yard when one of my little brothers comes from out of nowhere yelling "I'll catch it!!". He ended up with the entire tip of the dart buried in his dome.
There was an EUC that was recently banned and it was taking off with people not on it, at times. The one pad was going off on its own. It wasn't officially banned, but the company recalled it before it was.

I had the nzxt h1 mini. I also modified it to work with a 3080 ti fe. It actually wasn't bad it just wasn't the best for Temps. I never had issues with the riser cable though.
Been using a Husqvarna robotic lawn mower for 5 years now without issue. It does take around a day for it to do the whole lawn but it's on a schedule so I simply set it and forget it. Never had to mow the lawn since first setup. Can recommend! Oh and don't listen to Matt, he is just jealous. 😜

Lawn darts was how we settled feuds in the 80's. Kids couldn't get knives and guns but everyone had a neighbor with lawn darts.
