Bonjour je suis française, je suis du sud de la France. Je suis dans mon jardin il fait soleil, on est à la fin de l'été... Depuis plusieurs mois je reporte vos séances. Me voilà enfin prête à accueillir votre pratique. J'aime beaucoup ! Ça m'aide beaucoup déjà au bout du deuxième jour. Je vais tout faire pour continuer ce rituel. Merci beaucoup ! Je vous donne très vite dès nouvelles. Marlène du sud de la France 🇫🇷
Thank you for this session. I did not make it early enough for the sunrise to be present. I started yesterday's class late in the day because I wanted to get started and had just then come across this 30-day challenge. Then, of course, I could not sleep; my body was too activated and my mind too alert. Still, here I was again and I will find the rhythm of this new sadhana. Namaste, gentle one.
Day-2 was the perfect grounding practice to reset the Mooladhara 🔴Chakra Bro Andrew! The combination of sun salutations, asanas & breath work is the essence of Yoga 🧘🏻♂️. Thank you so much 🙏🏻👌🏻😇
Thank you again! Enjoyed this class, really noticing where my mind is going ;) I really loved the sensations through this beginning stretch. I had some difficult memories come up during the meditation, I was able to receive some insight and certainty regarding protection from a harmful individual and sending love and compassion towards myself for my past especially during the time when I was at my lowest state of existing. Love to you
That's amazing, Rachel! I'm really happy to hear how deep you were were able to go into the practice to allow these experiences to come up and be processed naturally. That's beautiful work! I'm so honoured to be able to share this with you 🥰🙏
That's great, Julie! Some days the mind will be like that. The best thing we can do is show up and do the practice anyway. Congratulations on your big success today 🥰🙏
Hey Orchun, I see you just recently started a membership on our website. Thank you so much for your support 🙏💞 I hope the extra content you receive will help you deepen your practice! Yes, we are living in Bangkok, however, we just left yesterday and have arrived in Italy today, where we will be for the next 3 months. When we return in October, we are planning to start to do some live classes 😉 Are you also in Thailand?
That's awesome Petra! I'm so happy you had this experience in today's class. Wishing you a beautiful day and looking forward to seeing you again tomorrow 🥰🙏
Thank you . Loved this practice after being in bed today to rest and recuperate as started a nasty flu 2 days ago ….thankyou Andrew as always …Namaste 🌍🧘🏼♀️🌈🙏🏻🌻🌟🦋✨💫🙋♀️💐
Oh no Marietta! I'm so sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well. I'm glad this class provided you some revitalization and I hope you continue to feel better in the coming days. Sending you my love 🥰🙏
Hey Romina, the classes are not actually live however, they are released at 8PM (ICT) here in Thailand. If you follow this link, you will see the countdown until the class goes live: th-cam.com/video/u73UyTLHNQA/w-d-xo.html
Just focus on breathing in and out as regularly and non-stop as you can. You do not need to breathe as fast as I do. Keep in mind that I've been doing this for many many years and I've developed a very strong flexible and dexterous diaphragm. In time with repeat practice and experience you will also develop a lot of strength in your diaphragm and it will be easy for you to do fast breathing and maintain it for a long duration. With any and all breathing practices it's always about building it up slowly not rushing not trying to attain some goals. take your time go easy and eventually will happen naturally 🙏
Does it make sense to do the symmetrical exercises the other way round for me? I am left handed and often struggle with my body intuitively wanting to do the opposite first. I know from experience that it also makes sequences of movements harder to learn.
Great question! Handedness has nothing to do with the polarity of the Chakras. Only if you were born with an extremely rare condition, where the heart is on the right side of the body, would the polarity of the energetic system be inverted. So even if you're left-handed, you should still always start on the receptive aspect of the Chakra before moving to the emissive side.
How is this Kundalini yoga ? It's more like a Kundalini/Hatha fusion . Taking out the Adi mantra is huge. ...n Saying om instead of ong is also big. There is nothing wrong with trying to make the yoga your own, is I've enjoyed many of your classes, but I can tell you that this is not a kundalini class. You even refer to it as Hatha. I've been teaching kundalini yoga for 23 years and I love Your classes but please call them what they are.
This comment reminds me of eckhart tolle statement on the nature of the ego, the need to be right is a form of violence. It's funny how the ego nature is to make one's own self right while making others wrong. This is just my observation and understanding.
Maybe you misunderstood what I was asking. My question has nothing to do with ego rather than curiosity. I’ve loved Andrews videos for a long time now and wondered why the change and his reasoning behind it.. teaching yoga has been my life for 23 years and I’m well aware ego but I really don’t see how this question could be interpreted as ego-based.🙏🏻❤️
Hey Elizabeth, it's a good question! Let me try my best to explain to you my reasoning for designing the program in this way 💝 In my understanding, there is no separation between Hatha Yoga or Kundalini Yoga. There is no Yoga, which is not Kundalini Yoga. I truly believe all spiritual practises are aimed at waking the Kundalini, because there can be no expansion of consciousness without awakening Kundalini. And there is no Yoga without expanding consciousness. So whether that involves physical postures, movements, mantra, meditation, lovemaking, self study; the list goes on and on... These are all practises for awakening Kundalini, and expanding consciousness. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you are making the definition of "Kundalini Yoga" as the system of Kriya Yoga, which was taught by Yogi Bhajan. This a beautiful system! Unfortunately limiting the entirety of Kundalini to the teachings of one man, when there are countless Tantras, Agamas, and other incredible ancient texts which describe Kundalini is, at best, reductive. And regarding the use of mantras from Sihkism. Yogi Bhajan's system is not a style that I have any actual background in. So, while I may share some of his sequences and really enjoy them, I don't feel it's correct to use the Gurmuki mantras in practices that I design from other teachings. This is why I'm using Sanskrit mantras, which I have been officially initiated into. I don't mean to cause any offense to you, or any of the amazing Yogi Bhajan teachers out there. It's just not a lineage that I am a part of, so I try to be as respectful as I can of each of the traditions 💝
@@RefeelYoga wonderful explanation. Thanks so much for this thoughtful reply. You are helping me to expand my understanding of KY. It was as if a light went on. 🙏🏻❤️
@eaatwoodkraut hey, I'm exploring the ego myself quite intensly, I myself drop in and of ego, I can say at 54 I'm an expert at being egoic, probably not something to be proud of 😆 but that how I learn, observing ego learning how it works so I'm aware when I'm in it and move out of it. Just my observation, reflecting projecting maybe.
