Been following for over 6 months and usually never leave comments but from today on i will show my gratitude for these beautiful practices by commenting, it’s the least i could do since these practices have quite literally transformed my life.
Just wanted to tell u andrew... u have helped me soo much. I told you 65k followers on tiktok to come and subscribe here and do these practices. You helped me regain control of my body. Semen retention game is on point now. I start my day every day with your videos. Just wanted to say thankyou!
Thank you so much Logan! It's such an honor to hear that you resonate with the way that I am teaching and that it's helping you in your own growth 🥰 And thank you so much for suggesting the channel to others! 💗 What is your tiktok channel called?
@@RefeelYoga so I have what would be considered a conspiracy channel. But it is really just me posting public diaries about being a victim of organized stalking. It is serious stuff Andrew, dark unpleasant things that I want to keep you far away from. There is a lot of terrible things happening to black and brown people in America right now. Things the average person doesn't know exist. They watch who u communicate with then slander you to them... so I keep my distance from those people who I care about. Just know that there are many people going through the same tortures. But I discovered that your videos help relieve actual pain in the body caused by certain non lethal weapons that are being used on us. Nobody knows why we were chosen to suffer this...but we all seem to be similar in the fact that we are deeply spiritual. I knew after 3 kryas in the complete spine series. Extended version... that what ever this yoga was it was vital to my further growth. My Ajna chakra felt like a tornado exploded. A feeling I labor in meditation for an hour to experience...you literally got me there in a matter of minutes. When I meditate I am constantly aware that there is an concerted effort to distract my concentration. But through these practices it doesn't depend on absolute quiet and deep focus. It is like "taking a helicopter to jesus".... if you do want to know more about my story let me know and I will figure out a way to send you e name of my channel privately. But anyway... please know that it is great to find this and your helping ma y people. I am reading yogi bhajans books now also.
Hey Andrew, thank you for your teachings and classes. I love you, and your way to teach. you are a very funny person with humor. When I am sad I do a yoga class. After this I feel strong, conektet with me and the holy source. Very powerful and amazing. Thanks from me heart. I bless you. 🙏❤️✨🌱
You're so sweet Juan! 🥰 I'm so happy to know that you are enjoying to share your practice with me and that it's helping you to feel better. Thank you 🙏💞 Namaste
Double extended leg raises are too strong for me…I modified to enable me to participate. Gratitude for your very informative teaching. I feel blessed to have stumbled/attracted you into my TH-cam search. Sat Nam
Great work Jill! I'm very glad to hear that you took the care to make the practice work for you 🥰 this is so important in every class! And I'm also grateful that fate has brought you here. I hope you enjoy many more practices on the channel. Let me know if you ever have any questions or would like some suggestions for a certain type of practice. I will be happy to offer what I can 🙏 Sat Nam
greetings from the city of brotherly love and sisterly affection. I've been a kundalini yogi for about four years now, and always loved the challenge of extended practice. however, I have two babies under the age of two, so my time is extremely limited these days. I appreciate you for posting short practices that I can squeeze into my super busy schedule once everyone is in bed 😂 🙏 good look for all of the yogi mamas out there
That's awesome Nina! I'm so glad you are able to find the time to practice! This is the most important part. Not how long we practice, or what type of practice we do, but that we are consistent with it 💞 Did you happen to also do my 30 day program of 10-15min kriyas each day?
@@RefeelYoga not yet but it seems like that would go really well with my lenten fasting and reflection. where can I find this? separately I just had surgery on my throat (like yesterday)... can you suggest any gentle practice or meditation to promote healing through the throat chakra?
@@ninabilynsky-ristics2400 The 30 day program can be found here: th-cam.com/play/PL9x6oNwZBfuykl5xvO0fs4u2naLpNyVkN.html As for the throat, I would recommend doing Shikari (or Shitali - with the tongue rolled) Pranayama and while you hold the breath focus on sending that energy to your throat. Visualize a healing orange light coating your throat. If you are unfamiliar with this Pranayama you can find Clelia teaching it here: th-cam.com/video/Q3f12ybYV2o/w-d-xo.html I wish you a quick recovery to full health 🙏💗
I love your pure kundalini practices so much. With spring rising I have been able to head outdoors more and leave the computer behind. I will check in as often as possible and look to visit regularly again in the fall. Namaste! I hope your new shala becomes a retreat center where we can all come and practice together!!
Thank you David! Check back in, in about two weeks 😉😉 Have a wonderful summer brother! I wish you many beautiful moments connecting with nature 💞 Namaste 🙏
Have had a little cold (second day now) but wow combining this kriya with a coldshower it feels like a snake shedding its skin. Like always wonderful class 🙏
You're welcome! I'm glad to you enjoyed this potent practice! If you ever want to challenge yourself, I do have this kriya available in two more levels for our members 🔥 Level 2- th-cam.com/video/OQ1sl-ZNbdk/w-d-xo.html Level 3- th-cam.com/video/Toe64j8BarQ/w-d-xo.html
Thanks Andrew. Great to see the new studio in Mexico 🇲🇽. You clearly heard the message through the akash considering the recent thoughts about a Kriya practice that will contribute to igniting motivation for further practices. Quite synchronized indeed. Always grateful and excited for what follows. 🗿🙏❤️
Great practice! And posted on my birthday🥳 I will definitely be coming back to this one often. I will experiment with all three levels to see which is right for me. Thank you, Andrew!🙏🏾❤
@@RefeelYoga oooweee that was already intense! I did do about 24 sun salutations before this one. I think I should do that again before the extended one, too. I don't like getting monotonous but, I have really learned to love those sun salutations. I don't do them every day but I enjoy them much more than I used to. Sometimes I will pause in the middle of a video to do 12 of them and then go back to the workout. It's very interesting what my body tells me it needs after I complained about it like I did 😆
Yes, this kriya is very powerful! I have it in 3 levels on the channle because I like it so much 😅 And yes, it is good fundamental practice to take up as a tapas and do every day for 10, 21 or 40 days. Of course, make sure that it is accessible. If you are in pain from the day before, always take rest and don't push yourself 💕
Wow.... what a practice! Thank you so much Andrew for your guidance. I have some work to do on my core :-) I was wondering, as l am a newbie to Kundalini, do you jump right into the practice or do you follow another warm up practice first? Many thanks again.
Thank you Mel! I'm glad you enjoyed :) Great question! And great intuition to ask it. A lot of these kriyas are taught just as they are, without a warm up included. But if you don't feel your body is - let's say "conditioned", then warming up before the practice is definitely a good idea. It doesn't have to be that you're well experienced with Kundalini, in specific, to be able to do these practices. If you do some other form of Yoga, cardio, gym, high intensity interval training, or are just fit and flexible, then you may not need a prior warm up. However! It will also give you more benefits of the Kriya if you have taken some time to open your body and the energetic channels before beginning. So in this way, it's not "needed", but if you have the time, I would recommend doing a little moving and breathing before hand - to get the most out of it. As a good warm up you can do a few rounds of sun salutations (6-12) or you can do this quick spinal series class: th-cam.com/video/DmU1XkTT43Y/w-d-xo.html
Hey Deb, one reason is that our visa ended so, legally, we had to move 😅 Unless we were to open a company or make a baby in the country, it's not so easy to stay long term in Brazil - or any country for that matter! So there are some bureaucratic reasons for us moving so often. But more than that, we take it as part of our practice to be nomadic. It's a great way to practice non-attachment, to challenge the constructs of the ego by interacting with different cultures, environments, diets, mannerisms, etc. And a wonderful tool to keep the mind open, present and in a state of constant learning, adapting and adjusting. I highly encourage everyone to have the experience, at least once in their life, of living out of a backpack. Truly minimalistic. To see how much one actually needs to survive and enjoy the life. It can be scary, and quite challenging! But it can also be so liberating to not have really anything and still be able to trust in the Universe.
Youre a nomad for surd! Kinda wish I had your "problem". :) regardless of where you're at, I am enjoying all of your videos and referring so many people to you. They are getting great results very happy. Thank you for all you do and I hope you're able to settle somewhere if that's in your future.
I truly love you and your beautiful wife soo much... kaballist in Philly still vibing with u. I'm gonna join just to give something small back. I can't say thankyou enough.
