Wow. The shots are so cinematic and so emotional. It brought up so much emotions as I watched the video. Wonder how much time and effort it took for you to frame your shots. Especially the travelling part. I think your experience as an actor has really paid off. Also, I think you can become full time content creator already. 😂
Don’t let anyone tell you what life should be and what constitutes success. As a fellow migrant from SG to Australia, I’ve found freedom and joy that otherwise would not have been possible. When we’re old and grey the memories made will be yours and yours alone with no TH-cam comments or hate comments tagged to it. Live life bravely and make many happy memories. Life is fragile. I wish you both good health and happiness. Cheers from Perth.
Fellow SG immigrant here, also living in Sydney now - The framing of your vlog is amazing; those sights and sounds are my every day, too. Some say life in Sydney is exciting, but many do not realise that there is also the so-called "every day" as we strive hard every day to reach our goals and fulfil our dreams, and I reckon you have captured that well. You have allowed the natural sound to come through, e.g., the train, the birds, etc, which put a smile on my face. It is heartening to see how our (Singaporeans) life is captured here frame by frame. All the best, and hopefully a chance to say hi at Myers :)
Seen you since fighting spider days and didn’t keep up with your happenings until your move to Sydney with Rachel. It’s inspiring how you guys took this leap to pursue new adventures and deep seasons of growth! Especially how you are genuinely striking out on your own and it’s encouraging how you are embracing your new life here. Cheers and i look forward to seeing more content! 🙌🏼
Loved the video. Wishing you every success. And whilst you should find joy in the mundane and the mundane can be sweet. Do remember to dream BIG too! They can live together.
Hello! good to see a fellow Singaporean in Sydney. I had actually quitted my job and came here for my postgraduate studies last year. It was nerve-wrecking because I have to "start all over" but then I felt that I have grown so much as a person. It could be good to make more local friends because they do have a vibrant local art scene here. One thing I have learnt from one of my Australian's artist friend is networking - getting people to introduce you to events or knowing where to go. I actually befriended my first Australian friend in Facebook. She is making minimal wages as a waitress but happy to devote her Art as a singer. Enjoy the process and new life here!
The customers there so polite….love the content. Subscribed to your channel & looking forward to the next , next , next … 😊 Thank You very much . This video makes me smile today.
nice videos. looking forward to more. I've been in a similar situation before. Ultimately, making choice or even reversing a choice is very stressful. In the end, we find happiness with whatever choice we make...in retrospect.
Great videography! You will never be fully able to know if this was a good move until you have gone past it and look back. Every experience in life will make you a better actor. Thanks for sharing your life. Enjoy!
Do more of these videos! I'm looking to move over to Australia with my spouse soon; that's why I started following you and Rachel. This video is really relevant because it gives us an idea of what day-to-day life would be like, instead of viewing life through tourist lens. I hope our future life can be as fulfilling as yours is, and I hope you both like it there enough to stay long term, because we want to too! :D
You may not notice it but you have a good glow. Also, only thru your vlogs realized you have the potential to pull off many fashion styles... especially the gen z one which is not an easy style to pull off. I see a lot of potential in this area.
Hi Edwin, I hardly watch local dramas, chanced upon your video on TH-cam & here I am saying Hi😊 Good to explore different things to enrich your life, especially when you are young and without too much commitment. Great video! Continue to sharpen your skills.. Who knows you might even turn out to be an outstanding movie director👍🏻
Hi Edwin! Loving the new approach for the channel and definitely looking forward to the next video made. It was interesting to see your mundane life in Sydney. Keep up the awesome work! 😊

I hate the buses here in Sydney. Not sure how you felt so far. Buses are not very frequent and they can happily just cancel even though it still shows in the app and I am left waiting and waiting. It’s fine if I am getting off work, but stressful if I am going to work
I can't deny, the buses here are indeed older and bumpier. The long waiting time has caused a lot of happy memories of us chasing the bus together though.

How's your work life there? Seems working in retail industry over there is different than in Singapore. U get to have a pantry to eat and rest.
