I just loved for being raw very human as organic. and not to mention I super loved the blazer crochet of Ed during apartment tour that was gorgeous to death. BLESSINGS to you both 🙏. new subscriber here.
Yeah unfortunately rental market is so hot in sydney that agents here are very snobbish. There are pros and cons to both sydney and sg, no one perfect place but enjoy it while you are here. I always shop like crazy when i go back to sg, the shopping scene here is expensive and boring except for k mart. I buy from k mart and uniqlo here a lot
Amazing view and it looks like a great place to wake up in. You should visit the blue mountains in winter while its snowing. its only 2 hours by train from Sydney central. I grew up there :)
Wow I love your apartment! I always love morning sunlight plus windows everywhere. Sadly my apartment is facing west 😢 To answer many questions about which suburbs that you can rent for similar apartments for much more affordable price compared to high end areas here in Sydney, here are some of my favourite places (also with lots of Asian): 1. Wolli Creek (close to airport, shops, beach, city, public transport hub) 2. Kogarah (close to beach, hospital, shops and also public transport) 3. Zetland/Green Square (shops and public transport) 4. Mascot (shops and public transport)
Hey great I’m moving from sg to Australia next year, and a lot of videos from TH-cam are too draggy. Your video is just nice and has enough informations . Hope you could upload more videos though 😊

Plz put your eggs in the fridge it lasts longer... Especially since there's bird flu currently occurring atm in NSW, which would reduce the number of eggs being produced (5 mths late lmao)
Welcome to Sydney. Been watching Rach on YT for quite a while now. If you guys need any help or advice, feel free to reach out! I made the decision to move here 5 years ago and have not regretted it. :)

@@EdandRach What for come back? You will not get the work-life balance and slower pace of life in sg! Get a PR and settle there for good. Of coz, you can always come back for visit or relocate back again one day IF u still miss 'home'...
They dont have a stable well paying job there, i gave them 1 to 2 years to come back to their daddy, like others before them. Their youtube contents are 1 too many out there..sorry if im being brutally realistic here.

The view is to die for!

how much is the rent per week? If I may ask - I'm going to Melb in 2 months and hoping to find similar apartment fully furnished.
Where did you live while you guys are searching for rental apartment room?
Many have asked what suburb is this, it would be really helpful to others looking to move to Sydney in a similar apartment.

Apartments look familiar. Like somewhere along the Parramatta River
That area Rhodes
@@MitchellBPYao yeah looked like either Rhodes/Meadowbank/Wentworth Point. All the apartments there look the same!
It is some apartment behind Sydney Olympic Park la...their apartment facing the M4 motorway. Most of the apartments there are bought up by Chinese.
Lovely apartment! Where’s this surburb?

Ppl wd love to buy ur crochet items! They r v pretty
We feel bad selling crochet clothing especially, because it takes so long to make and we would have to price them not very cheaply 🥲
@@EdandRach true ...ever consider making youtube tutorials?
Lovely house and the decors....
Beautiful !
Clue pls ? 😊

Beautiful apartment. Which suburb?
Will you be coming back to SG??
For now, we will occasionally to visit friends and family or for work! Down the road, we don’t know yet but we’re always keeping our options open. (:
@@EdandRach it’s best to stay there as long as you can. Don’t come back. Enjoy as much as you can.
Can Singaporean keep dual citizenship? If not, applying PR in Australia is essentially the same thing anyway.
