  • Today Jake goes over mechanical advantage training, extended sets. Unlike traditional drop sets, mechanical advantage sets allow you to use the same weight for each set, by simply adjusting positions. If your training's feeling a little stale and you're looking to challenge yourself, this just may be the answer.

    great content....on the behind neck press do we need to go below the ear level?...some say it will cause injury..

    Can you talk about body position? Maybe touch on hollow body vs arch (pull-ups can be done in both so what do you recommend?) and internal vs external torque.
