Finally someone actually showing at a pace I can follow. Normally people show the easiest parts slowly and then go "then you just do a double triple extra fudge stitch with three pullovers" and then I throw my hook at the wall

This tutorial was the first thing that taught me how to crochet and how to do stitches and get me into amigurumi. Two years later and I have a ton of amigurumi that I've made and all thanks to this tutorial. I know you probably aren't going to see this, but your tutorial let me have this hobby that calms me down and I can be creative this way! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heary

Quarantine life: After years of failing to figure out crocheting, I just finished my first flower!!! Omg thank you! This is a perfect video for beginners. Slow and helpful!!! Thank you. I would love to make a blanket.
Update Jan 2021... I have made a blanket and scarfs and I’m working on a sweater
July 2021: can make shirts and cardigans and have become obsessed with buying yarn 🤣
December 2021: addicted to crocheting hats!
March 2022: I’ve accumulated so much yarn! I have myself a yarn buying ban. It literally took over my craft room.
Feb 2023: crochets so many sweaters I literally have no room to put them. Falls in love with chunky yarn. Is now a pattern tester! 🎉

EDIT: Okay I'm back and I realized one tip for beginners struggling with their project becoming a "ball" is that you need to move the center looped stitches over so there are no gaps to form the petals. It worked! You do mention it at the end of the video to do this at 18min, but this was why my flower wasn't taking proper shape :). Thank you for your wonderful video!
My first time and it became kind of like a ball. I think I didn't use the proper tension so the different sized stiches lost the petal's shape. But your tutorial is very clear and helpful. I'm going to keep practicing and watching your videos until I get the proper feel for it because I feel like it will click after several tries. Definitely the most helpful video I have come across.

This was so super easy to follow!!! I have been crocheting for about a month but only amigurumi and the same few stitches. I was scared to learn this technique but you made it make a lot of sense, thank you! Perfect speed, I could follow along easily and your voice was very soothing

My grandmother taught me to crochet/sew during summer visits when I was 7 yrs old. I must have been a very patient little girl & her a patient teacher. she made beautiful blankets for the church. Those memories with her have stayed with me all my life.

I have just begun crocheting this August 2021. It is getting so much easier. It's nice having an instructor who speaks slowly. Those who don't speak and just write the instructions are not easy or fun at all. My flowers are turning out well. They will be placed on a green knitted square to make it more of a garden. My mother knitted a bunny. It will be for my first granddaughter. I enjoy crocheting gifts for every family member. No need to shop. These are of more value, and precious. I'm going to watch more of your videos and have subscribed. Happy Holidays

Hello. I would just like to thank you for your step by step guidance in croquet flowers.
I’ve been wanting to do this for years but not had the time.
So while I’m doing a self isolation I’ve actually completed a flower. There will be no stopping me now.
    Thank you again. 💜💜
