I had so much fun making this! You’re such a great teacher - easy to understand/follow. I only started crocheting about a month ago but was able to successfully create this! Thanks so so much!

I love this! As a knitter that sometimes crochets, I am especially excited because you show to carry up the yarn instead of having to deal with cutting and weaving in tons of ends. I am so excited to use this pattern on a baby blanket. Your teaching style is excellent and it's so easy to follow along with what you're doing!

this is so cute! I really like that you don't cut the yarn to change colors. You have been the best teacher, I've learned a lot from you :)

Thank you for all your tutorials! How many stitches would I add in between the flowers if I wanted to space the flowers out a little more? And what kind of stitch would you recommend?

Hi - I really like this variation as its cosier when making a baby blanket (not as much space like it is with a double crochet tulip blanket). I just wanted to ask your opinion on the 2nd set - instead of adding just one row of white HDC, how about adding 3 rows - one HDC row, one DC row and one HDC row in white and then start with green leaf row and tulip row as usual ? WHen making a blanket, the 3 rows (with a DC row inbetween) will add more height - I was wondering if it will look good once the blanket is complete?
    Thoughts pls.

You are right Laura! I just love how the popcorn stitch looks on this - very tulip like. And what a smart way of carrying the yarn - I never quite like this stitch because of all the ends I had to sew in. But now I think it is one of my favourites!! I am going to make a blanket with some tulip stitch squares as well as some regular solid granny squares. Thanks again! Oh what yarn are you using? Or what is it made of?
    Already 336k subs!!!!

Hi Miss Bee, so glad you like this stitch and will give it a try, it is certainly a tail end/carry yarn project for sure! The results are so pretty though (if I say so myself lol). I'm actually using my own brand of yarn I sold a while ago which has been discontinued now.

if we decide to cut each yarn in the end (except the base color) and add it in as we need it, will it undue the whole color row?

Love your tutorials Laura! Your designs are all so super cute and fun! I'm a beginner and I'm a bit confused on how you are showing how to find the SC stitches on top the tulips to repeat the single white rolls? Is there a written pattern? TIA xo
