'...interesting use of what looks like carpet...' without a twitch in either expression or voice, Jack. Very you! Great tour of a fab little vessel. I personally rate Galeon very highly. As always, thanks to you and the team and see you on the next
At 45 foot it's a very impressive, well designed and executed craft. Two tiny criticisms though, one is that large step up and the other is of course the rather too low for safety guard rail. Both would be fine in a calm sea or at a mooring but not if you need to go forward in a rough sea. Other than that, perfect.
Another great boat from Galeon, the only thing wrong is the engine room, all Galeons seem to have very low headroom in the engine rooms and as a 6' 4" 72 year old it puts me off a bit!
I've the same problem - just a little younger and 2 inches taller. I wouldn't get one of these now - I would have 30 or 40 years ago. But then - these didn't exist 30 or 40 years ago. Maybe I can talk me kids into getting one and I'll sit around a look dignified.
Thanks James. The US dealer, Marine Max, wouldn’t give us a price at the Miami Boat Show and suggested viewers contact them directly for pricing. Not ideal, I know. Regarding range, I would expect around 250nm at a 20-25 knot cruising speed. Thanks for watching! - Jack
Disappointed that you didn't point out a few pretty obvious design flaws. I get it that you want to keep being allowed to review their boats, but you're losing credibility with your viewership, and keeping that should be paramount: - Stairwell in the bathing platform is narrow and has no handrail, that's an accident waiting to happen - When the lid of the wet bar is flipped up, the 'cook' can barely interact with people in the salon - Seats only 4-5 in the outdoor area, disappointing for a boat that side - Seemingly no sun shade available for the front sun-pad. Are there any speakers and USB plugs there?
Is this a wind up? 1. Point me to the boat of this size and price range that has hand rails on the dynamic steps to the bathing platform (most don't even have dynamic steps). 2. wrong 3. space for directors chairs opposite fixed seating (like many boats of this size) 4. yes to both if you want/spec them.
Cool boat and another great video
Thanks 👍
Brilliant tour Jack & team. Great work!!
I love all the Galeon’s and this certainly doesn’t disappoint.
The 40-50 ft yacht range always has a lot of competition; exciting to see all the innovations and clever designs.

Glad you enjoyed it! 😁 - J
A beautiful boat does all things you’d want it to do.
Thanks Jack
Ah yes. Here I am to stare in wonder at yet another beautiful thing I cannot afford.
Yep.
Yet.
A very nice yacht, great finishes and a nice layout. Nice tour Jack thank you.
Jack you are the best presenter period.
Question: how much does this galeon cost?
Very! Very! Very Nice Captain Jack ❤
Thanks for sharing
This is gorgeous
Also very clever to mount the BBQ grille aft! Who wants all the fumes spreading into the cabin.

Galeon sre one of my favourite builders now and I’d love to do a walkthrough myself one day soon - as always a lovely review thanks Jack 😊👍
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching! - Jack
A transformer boat . Jack does the best tours along with Nautistyles. Interesting coffin shaped windows in the fold down side decks 😅
Thanks so much, Joe, appreciate that! - Jack
Jack any chance you could get your hands on "La Datcha" from Damen Yachts for a 2 pt review?
Great boat what is the cost, i would use the vip as the owners cabin, change the day heads to only function of that so it becomes totally private
Being shaft driven not IPS, it's a keeper!

How much DEF, do these boats use, and where to fill ?
Excellent review however two thing that are of paramount importance to anyone wishing to purchase. (1st) Price. (2nd) distance it can travel.

Tf? Anyone that’s in the market won’t pass on a boat just because there’s no price or range on a TH-cam video. They’ll contact a dealer.
I put this one in my list if i win the lotto.
whats the starting price for this boat ?
What kind of cost?
Price please
Two independent seats separate at helm would have been better.
Thanks Jack, very good and concise.
Have i missed the cost price though?
They wouldn't give it to us 🤷♂️ You'll have to contact Marine Max (or your local dealer) directly I'm afraid. Sorry! - Jack
Great boat but for the size they need to do better on the refrigeration….
The width of the saloon is small and how often do people really use all the transformer stuff on a lazy day out.
$ ?
clever. but her bow looks very square. she looks like she might pound.

Why do I watch these videos? I can't afford a new car.
Then again, I watch videos of women who wouldn't watch a video of me.
Coupes are better looking than flys😅😅
Kool boat. But in the coming year no one will have the spare cash to buy these boat when worlds economy crashes
Every comment u have on this channel is about money, boats is obviously not for you if ur always complaining about price
Thumbs Down... not to the boat, but to the presentation
Presentation fine for me. Thumbs up.
