This was SO helpful! I’ve never had a sister and I’ve always felt weird asking other girls, I always felt like I should just know and that people would think I was silly for asking. So the shaving tips was incredibly helpful because I’m also terrible about being consistent! AND I also deal with hyperhydrosis and get so embarrassed! I change my shirt so often and am so self conscious about it, so the napkins in the car trick is BRILLIANT! Thank you!

I have hyperhidrosis as well. I have been taking medication for it since I was 14. It has helped me so much. I use to only wear black shirts and hoodies. Now I am able to wear whatever I want. It helped boost my confidence a lot.

My son sweated a lot too. Especially problems with body oder even though he used a strong deorderant. I heard from a friend of mine to use a scrub (Betetine is the one he uses). Its a disinfection scrub that surgeons use and you just shower with it. He just uses a face cloth to distribute it. It really really helped especially with the smell. Hope this will help you.

Girl I used to sweat so bad and have to put tissues under my armpits and I asked my doctor about it and she prescribed this liquid deodorant called DRYSOL and it has changed my life. Now I hardly sweat under my armpits at all and I barely even have to wear regular deodorant- you should check it out lol

Oh my gosh thank you, Jaclyn, for talking about your chest insecurities, mine is different because I have big boobs and I'm always afraid that my future husband won't like them. :/ So so helpful.
I think most of the times us women are being wayyy harder on ourselfs than other people/ your future husband
if your future husband doesn’t like them then he shouldn’t be your husband, you will find the right man that will love you no matter what

Wow I so wish I would have had this video to watch when I was in middle/ high school. I used to have a sweat problem as well and now I’m 23 and I feel like it’s something I have pretty much grown out of. I feel like it was worse when I was in situations that made me nervous or anxious or when I was around a bunch of people. I was really self conscious about it too, but once you just stop caring I feel like it gets better honestly. Bc like you said there isn’t really many things that help with that!

Love this! I suffer with over sweating also & I’m on drysol through my derm . It’s amazing! It does burn and itch but all u need is to put hydrocortisone over top of it .. ever since I’ve been on it I don’t get sick anymore ...(like going out with wet hair ) .. and I also don’t over heat anymore bc my body temp has dropped like crazy I love it!!!💜💜💜

Certain Dri!! You can get it at target, put it on at night and it prevents excessive sweating!!
I use to have such a terrible time with sweating as well and it’s all I would be able to think about in school because I didn’t want people to see my pit stains. I finally found a deodorant that works great for me! Ban deodorant
Botox can really help with hyperhidrosis, and everybody that I’ve talked too says that it is life changing to be able to wear light coloured shirts. Many times you can even get your insurance to cover at least some of the cost!
Certain Dri for hyperhidrosis!!!!!! Saved my life!!! It hurt so bad the first time (I had to wake up in the middle of the night and put cold towels under my armpits to relieve the discomfort) but it’s been worth it for years after. I only used it a few times and it’s been years now without issues. 10/10 would recommend

Jaclyn, one thing that has saved me with my extreme armpit sweating was salt rock deodorant. I'm not sure how much it would help you, but it is so inexpensive, and NOTHING else helped me for years with my really bad sweating and stench. Just thought I would share :) You can find them on Amazon, and they are all natural.

Cbd oil helps with my hyperhidrosis. 7 drops a day and it cuts sweating down by at least 80%. Also, switching to an aluminum free deodorant.

hey i totally feel you. i have been using natural deodarants for a long time and only a few worked- here's what i use. Native deodarant is amazing. it is natural and amazing! Don't give up on it if it doesn't work on the first day. It takes a while for a natural deodarant to work since your body is going through a detox from changing from a non-natural to a natural deodarant. i would love if this works for you.
