AMEN to your explanation about conquering anxiety! I also went to counseling, which helped me, but what truly healed me was surrounding myself with scripture and truth about the Lord. In such severely anxious moments of my life, Jesus gave me his peace and he’s truly incredible.
When u started talking about God’s TRUE peace I actually started getting teary eyed bc it is so true guys if there is anyone out there who doesn’t know Christ go find learn anything to get to know him you are nothing without him he has saved you so go find him and make him your best friend you will not regret it I promise

Get out of your head is such a great book for anxiety!! I also read it to help with my daily struggles :) One other thing that really helped me with my anxiety is when I have a thought that is causing me to be anxious I simply pray and give it to God! Also don’t be afraid to dive into the word!!💗
