For postpartum hair loss I used RICE WATER! It saved me 💜
If you don’t know what rice water is, it’s literally rather water that is left before when you wash rice. So please use organic rice (you can use anytime of rice but brown rice and black rice seem to work best in my opinion). I rinse off my rice 3 times and on the 3rd time I keep the rice in for about 6 hours to a day. I separate the rice and spray my hair with the water. I leave the water in but you can rinse it off after about 30min to an hour. My hair started growing within a week.

As a woman in peri menopause I wish women’s issues were discussed more freely and also more money was put into research. Throughout our lives our hormones fluctuate so much from puberty to child bearing to after birth to menopause. Our hair can fall out, we can have all kinds of things change with our honey pots, I mean it’s ALL part of our experience as a woman. More of this please!!

I too was experiencing hair loss! I tried a LOT of different products that claimed to stop the hair loss, regrow hair, etc., yet, NOTHING worked and money wasted. Fortunately, I finally found a product that WORKED and helped restore my hair loss, plus, it's naturally based too. I get compliments on my hair all the time now and what's even crazy is that people have stopped me while at stores to ask if they can touch my hair as it's so silky smooth and soft...lol. LOVE this hair care line especially since I am no longer balding in the middle top of my head! Happy to share more info.

I worked in the hair-loss industry for some time. This is definitely a thing that no one wants to talk about. Traction Alopecia ( hair loss due to repetitive or prolonged tension on the scalp) is soooo common. There are a few things you can do. 1. Biotin supplement. 2. Minoxidil 2% as the 5% is for men. 3. PRP or hair transplant procedure to help hair to regrow.

@@Aliasss -- or she's in her early twenties and the programs she's been watching (though, lots of the younger generations watch Netflix movies and such; they don't have to wait for a medical show to be over for a series to start like we did in the past) have nothing to do with anything related to information that could benefit those sexual organs, so she didn't know about these exercises (lots of people are busy with school or work then spending time with friends and family mostly, so, they're selective with the fun shows that they watch)

Love this! Got the kegal down for years now, and as for hair loss....I had covid in 2020 and my hair thinned out drastically. I was told to get fenugreek seeds, soak them in olive, coconut and castor oil for 1 week and use in the hair. IT STINKS but I have my full head of hair today

I must also add that I did not put heat to my hair with blow dryer or flat iron. I aired dried my hair for 6 months and was not constantly combing through it.

I’m not a mom, but as a black woman, I go to a good hairdresser who takes cares of me. I don’t think new moms should put their hair in a bun for a good while. Stick to styles that are less stressful on your hair. I get pressed every other month ( no it doesn’t damage your hair if not done everyday) and doing something like a press or something low maintenance doesn’t stress out your hair. Buns tug on your edges.

Alkaline diet (Dr Sebi), sea moss and all natural shampoo bars (Moon Organics), plant based hair dye. I use Tints of nature. I stopped taking birth control a few years ago and my hair came out in clumps. Doing everything I listed above saved my hair!

Also check your thyroid! Especially after 40 things can change and your thyroid could be the problem plus stress or hormones can cause hair loss. Sometimes I swear I’m handling my stress but the amount of hair on the floor or in the shower says differently.
