So please use organic rice (you can use anytime of rice but brown rice and black rice seem to work best in my opinion). I rinse off my rice 3 times and on the 3rd time I keep the rice in for about 6 hours to a day. I separate the rice and spray my hair with the water. I leave the water in but you can rinse it off after about 30min to an hour. My hair started growing within a week.

I worked in the hair-loss industry for some time. This is definitely a thing that no one wants to talk about. Traction Alopecia ( hair loss due to repetitive or prolonged tension on the scalp) is soooo common. There are a few things you can do. 1. Biotin supplement. 2. Minoxidil 2% as the 5% is for men. 3. PRP or hair transplant procedure to help hair to regrow.

I must also add that I did not put heat to my hair with blow dryer or flat iron. I aired dried my hair for 6 months and was not constantly combing through it.
I too was experiencing hair loss! I tried a LOT of different products that claimed to stop the hair loss, regrow hair, etc., yet, NOTHING worked and money wasted. Fortunately, I finally found a product that WORKED and helped restore my hair loss, plus, it's naturally based too. I get compliments on my hair all the time now and what's even crazy is that people have stopped me while at stores to ask if they can touch my hair as it's so silky smooth and soft...lol. LOVE this hair care line especially since I am no longer balding in the middle top of my head! Happy to share more info. Thanks for sharing, A!
I love how you talk about theses topics because women are embarrassed to ask others about there body. Postpartum hair loss is so real ! Now that I had my second child I have loss so much hair.
I just found out about the hair lost. I also was losing hair left and right. It turn out it was stress that was causing it. And I later on found out I had thyroid cancer. Which I don’t have it anymore. Thank God 🙌🏻🙌🏻.
I’m not a mom, but as a black woman, I go to a good hairdresser who takes cares of me. I don’t think new moms should put their hair in a bun for a good while. Stick to styles that are less stressful on your hair. I get pressed every other month ( no it doesn’t damage your hair if not done everyday) and doing something like a press or something low maintenance doesn’t stress out your hair. Buns tug on your edges.
Female hair loss is definitely an issue I have experienced especially after 40. It's something us women do not discuss. Would love to hear and know of supplements and shampoos suggested.
Alkaline diet (Dr Sebi), sea moss and all natural shampoo bars (Moon Organics), plant based hair dye. I use Tints of nature. I stopped taking birth control a few years ago and my hair came out in clumps. Doing everything I listed above saved my hair!
Also check your thyroid! Especially after 40 things can change and your thyroid could be the problem plus stress or hormones can cause hair loss. Sometimes I swear I’m handling my stress but the amount of hair on the floor or in the shower says differently.
Postpartum hair loose is very real and true.. I experienced this trauma with all my 3 kids .. growing back of course after a while but LAAWWD it’s hard times managing a new baby-the house and husband-other kids-changed body - un balanced hormones- hair loose 🥲💔

You look so f’n fire!! I’m obsessing!!! 💕💕💕I was cracking up when you were pointing at the screen in disbelief like “ Who doesn’t know what kegel is” I sat there righting with you! Lmao that was funny!! 😆😆
I am a new mom and yes I did experience postpartum hair loss. I got scared at first but my hairdresser encouraged me. As i type this my baby turns 10 months today and the hairline is doing much better. Yes I knew about kegel exercises, my maid of honor taught me when I was getting married 😍and av been exercising them. Thank you Adrienne, lots of love from Kenya.❤
I LOVE this whole conversation!! Thank you Adrienne for talking about these topics (especially vaginal health)! From your future healthcare professional!
So I stopped with the tight ponytail, and started using “French pins”. Games changer for me. My hair was balding in the front, like above the eyebrows. And I would always have headaches from my buns and ponytails. Try the French pin for your up dos girl 💕 Hope this helps !!
I see the camera frame, the knee up, the use of blazers in other videos and loose fitting clothing. 👀 I am not going to say it but if you know.... you know. Love this video topic and information. I pray many blessings keep coming your way!
Tyra Banks introduced me to what Kegal exercise are. I was 12 and my mom was watching her talk show. I thought it was weird and a silly thing to concentrate on. 😂
I’m from Brazil and my nana told me to do these exercises so young and she told me : YOU LL THANK ME LATER. And I now I have 31 years old, and the squeeze thing IS REAL GIRLS , You can control it !!!!!!!! Thank my nana and Adrienne 🫰🏻
Oh my gosh, please do more of these. Period edition?? It would be especially great if conversations around periods (and period pain) was normalized, especially in the male population.
Absolutely I think kegel exercises should be discussed more because some people don't know about it. If you go to a pelvic floor therapist especially if it's due to pain with sex, one of the exercises they tell u to do is kegel. So yeah it does help in ways you don't realize.
Never heard of Kegel exercises before lol. But here are some hair loss tips, specifically relating to tension balding: 1. Switch up your part every now and then to avoid thinning in the area where you continuously part your hair. 2. STOP brushing your edges with strong edge control that just pulls your edges out. 3. (similar to #1) If you have the ponytail bald spot that Adrienne was referring to, lower your pony tail or put it higher in a different spot to give that area a break. Massage the bald spot with good oils while you're giving it that break and it WILL start to grow back.
I experienced postpartum hair loss. I honestly did not know what was happening to me until I went to my 6 weeks postpartum appointment. My doctor explained to me that some women experience hair loss after giving birth because the estrogen hormone level drops. I was not able to do a ponytail because I had many bald spots and I was embarrassed. My aunt told me to apply molasses on my scalp and leave it for half an hour once a week before washing my hair. I believe that helped me but honestly about 6 months to a year my hair grew back again.
Yes! This is so important to talk about. I’m a birth doula and we talk about allll of these great topics with our clients. Thanks for spreading the word. We all need to be informed. 😘

so glad i watched it. you are right that this is something that is not talked about nearly enough. Especially in the black community. thank you for opening up about these things and not treating it like something to be ashamed of.
I am literally experiencing postpartum hair loss right now. I just had my daughter and my edges have become non existent. This happened when I had my son and it took almost a year to grown back but it never grows back as full as it was before having kids. Since then it has always been a thin part of my hair and breaks off easily

You look so f’n fire!! I’m obsessing!!! 💕💕💕I was cracking up when you were pointing at the screen in disbelief like “ Who doesn’t know what kegel is” I sat there righting with you! Lmao that was funny!! 😆😆
You should do more TMI topics. So much ppl are afraid to talk about stuff or ask questions.
Thank you for this video!! it helps so much because I have issues when I get intimate down there and I have bad cramps as well in my pelvic zone.
I love Adrienne so much 😂 she just makes you super comfortable about things !
THANKYOU! You are saving us who don’t have older sisters❤️
This is such a sweet comment! 💕
You never heard about hair loss after baby??? WHAT?? Giiiiiiirrrrrrl YES!!
We’re getting real ✨intimate✨ today!
Oh we getting REAL real.
I swear I saw it on her show too, I might have been older than 12 but around that age
It's important to get your Gynae to recommend whether you should be doing Kegels.. Always get a doctors advice so you don't hurt yourself
How about self care? I feel like as a busy moms, school, working or being an entrepreneur we neglect ourselves and it messes with our mental health.
Oh my gosh, please do more of these. Period edition?? It would be especially great if conversations around periods (and period pain) was normalized, especially in the male population.
Yes please... This!!!!
I love your makeup today! What lip colors are you wearing?
Wish this video was longer it was starting to get soo good!!!
Kiegel exercises are essential, tho I forger to do them?
Please post a video talking about Cheetah Girls/Disney days, featuring Raven or one your own
Absolutely I think kegel exercises should be discussed more because some people don't know about it. If you go to a pelvic floor therapist especially if it's due to pain with sex, one of the exercises they tell u to do is kegel. So yeah it does help in ways you don't realize.
You are awesome Adrienne!! So inspiring.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m loving you more girl.
Not me doing kegals with you lmbooo 💀💀💀
Adrienne ... you keep it Real!! Thank you for sharing this information, it's so important for us as women to discuss.
You’re like the cool older sister that teaches me things about being a woman 😆 I love it!
Never heard of Kegel exercises before lol. But here are some hair loss tips, specifically relating to tension balding:
Not me doing kegels while watching this 😂😂😂😂😂
I experienced postpartum hair loss.
I had triplets and my hair never came back I lost half of my hair and what came back was white hair but I am grateful for my kids.
Hi Adrienne, How are you? How's everyone doing? How was your thanksgiving with the family. Hope it was an amazing and blessed time. Thank you for sharing these tips and advice with us. Sending you so much love as always 💜💜💜 Besos 😘😘😘
so glad i watched it. you are right that this is something that is not talked about nearly enough. Especially in the black community. thank you for opening up about these things and not treating it like something to be ashamed of.
I love these types of conversations! Thanks girl! ❤️
I am literally experiencing postpartum hair loss right now. I just had my daughter and my edges have become non existent. This happened when I had my son and it took almost a year to grown back but it never grows back as full as it was before having kids. Since then it has always been a thin part of my hair and breaks off easily
😂 I’m dying at this video! Also, just ordered your outfit lol!! What a productive day!
Omg where did you buy it? It looks so comfy I want to gift it to my sister
Yes I did them while she was talking about it. I have struggled with hair loss from Hashimoto/ Thyroid.
This was your short and sweet conversations with Adri 🥰🥰💌💌💌😍😍✨✨✨✨🔥😎🎉🎉🌄
Bonjour !! We need a whole video on intimacy. What products to use or tips for low sex drive on birth control ? And other subjects to keep up ? Personal products? Perfume ? Effective products ? Adrienne be our therapist hahaha
Let’s really get into it lol hemorrhoids??? BV??? After having my son I’ve suffered with these both!! Going on 3 years now 😭😭😭😭😭
Yess! Mama here and layout hair texture changes too. From thick to thin
I have heard of it for sure! Thank you Adrienne.🙌👏❤️ so true it’s so weird even doctors don’t educate women about important things our bodies go through.😥. Menopause!
“Get it right, get it tight” 😂😂😂
Truly enjoyed this video! Thank you Adrienne 😊
Yes I had that but my hair be coming out never heard of postpartum hair loss
I love how Adrienne explained this whole situation 🤣🤣
Very interesting I'v also never heard of that exercise. Wow thanks😆😆
