@@abobakadabra I think he is old and his judgement is clouded. He is not as wise as he used to be. He reminds me of Mao Zedong, the first president of PR China. When Mao was young, he was wise and liberal but later in his career, his arrogance, worsened by the worships from people around him, clouded his judgement and resulted in several horrific mistakes that threw the nation in disasters for decades. I believe that there could've been a better solution to Ukraine-Russia situation but Putin chose war. It's unwise and put both Ukraine and Russia people in misery.

It depends on how much you let Western media propaganda effect your thinking. If you actually do a research on the Ukrainian issue from independent media or just try to think a bit more critically, you'll see that Putin actually has very legitimate reasons for starting the war
He's not necessarily a good guy (in the moral sense), but he's a good politician who does what's best for his country
Most American presidents have waged wars on sovereign countries with less legitimate reasons than Putin has. Nobody calls them evil
