I am going to Tunisia September 6th. I have bought many items for people I meet. Can someone tell me if the people accept US dollars? In many countries, the people prefer it. I've bought coloring and activity books (crayons of course) for children. Jewelry, scarves, clothes (undergarments) for women. American chocolates and other candy. Bought a soccer ball, wish I could fit more than one. Can anyone help me to know what people I meet along the way need that isn't available? Thank you for your help.
More local products you buy more you can help! Anything which is brought from the US is pretty useless comparing to cheap local medicines, food, hygenic products and bicycles. Anyway you are a nice person with good heart.
