I'm 23 and I so enjoy where I live, biking in the forest, swimming in the lake and be in the nature after a 5min walk is for me so much more important than shopping or going out to different clubs a night.
When you buy a home GET A SEWER SCOPE done! It can save you ALOT of money in the long run... most agents don't even know what they are (extremely experienced ones do tho!)

Huge tip... Whether renting or buying in a new area, drive by during different times of the day, at night, on weekends so that you can observe the neighbors... Are they quiet? Are there large loud parties? Is there late night traffic? Sometimes road noise is so much louder/carries more at night...
