Athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach here- Just want to let you know that running closely to a strength workout will inhibit your strength gains. A light biking and walking for 20 mins will not impact your strength gains.

I have scoliosis and a weak back, and I’ve heard that it’s not recommended for me to do bent over rows. Maybe there is another exercise you can do for those muscles. Have a great day! We moved from WA to CA and have lived in our house here for almost two years. we're moving back to WA to be close to family in 2.5 weeks... and I'm so much more emotional than I thought I would. be. this home is so cozy for me and I just feel so attached.

My husband and I are moving out of our first spot after a year and a few hiccups have come up creating a lot of tears and stress for me. It’s been hard to calm myself down. I know we will be ok and we have a game plan but it’s good to hear this to be grateful for what we do have and to thank God for what he has given up here and now.
