Hired a savvy partner who was actually better at running the business than his dad was. All he had to do was kick back, relax while the guy he hired ran the whole thing and he collected money, and lots of it. That dock is absolutely surreal! I have yet to see a personal dock that fancy down here at Lake of the Ozarks.
