Mr busch has a house down here in boca grande fl the location is incredible the house is beautiful and his boat the drinkability is show stopping been waved at a couple times by him real cool !
I was born in Camdenton in 1962 and I didn't know about this home and dock. Granted, we spent our time at quieter places at the Lake. Interesting story.
looks like it's up on Zillow for 21 million. Sadly it's in an HOA, guess the size of the fees don't matter to anyone eyeing this place, but most HOA restrictions aren't what I would consider acceptable.
That's what I took from it. I am hoping they aren't going to bulldoze all the trees and replace them with another huge, ugly condo building...but that is the trend, lately.
In the early 90 this place was all class. They conservatively built a nice relaxing place, keeping the trees instead of just bulldozing everything and building giant tacky maralago houses and condos. Because you keep up with the Kardashian/Wests'. Never trust a real estate agent, worst than lawyers, that dock, shed and all those decks where added later by owners. But I wouldn't come near that nasty water now. Yuppie trash has taken over the whole lake, just horrible.
