    I'd love to see this in action for a recipe; that's where macro tracking trips me up. For example, last night I made a veggie skillet with six different vegetables, balsamic vinegar, spices, and some vegan parmesan. I was able to measure out the chicken and quinoa I served alongside it, but I didn't know how to weigh out the veggies without adding every single ingredient and then knowing what a serving of that skillet is. How do you know a serving size when you just whip up things without a recipe? Thanks!

    Great video! The nut butter initially showed 16 grams on scale so I was initially confused when you said it was 26 grams.

    Weighing my food has been a game changer for me, portion control is so difficult without it and it’s way too easy to eat too much without realizing it

    Kristi I just started using LMNT and love it! From your experience what is the optimal use? 1 packet a day or multiple? Thanks

    Is it possible to count the macros of the food without scanning them? I live in a country where we buy most food from local stores who bring their own fruits and vegetables in their own bags without any labels.

    how do you know to choose 140g of blueberries or 16g of pb? is that just what 1 serving is?

    • @Kristi-Eramo-OConnell
      @Kristi-Eramo-OConnell  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A serving of blueberries is 140g, a serving of PB is 32g. If you look on the back of label you will see serving size and then next to it you will see a number in g also! For example it might be 1 C blueberries which also = 140g. I like to use g because I find it more accurate. I could do a heaping cup which could actually be 165g and I think it is 140.... I hope that helps!

      @@Kristi-Eramo-OConnellhi Kristi, in terms of macros and putting balanced meals together, how do you determine what a portion size is to start with? Do we always just follow the portion on the label? Or how would we know what portions to adjust to if you need less or more? X

    Is there any other app that doesn’t have age restrictions? Or is there another way on how to do the math and keep track without an app?

    The macrosystem is a good program but for example with larger weights it doesn't work. For example, I weigh 76.5 kg (168lbs) and want to gain muscle mass, my form is athletic (genetically and due to training) when calculating, I should eat from 3.000 to 3.300 calories per day, even though this is normal, but when calculating proteins according to the macro system, I should consume 240 grams of protein per day, and this already turns out 3 grams of protein per 1 kg of body, and this is 1 gram more than with normal weight gain, besides gaining 240 grams of protein per day, I think it will be very difficult. Therefore, I have a question, did I count something wrong or this system does not work with large weights. Thanks for the answer
