    I made a real sweet potato shaped bread.
    The real sweet potatoes and bread are so similar that it's hard to tell.
    There's sweet real sweet potato paste in the chewy dough.
    The dough uses three starch, all of which are tapioca starch base.
    I bought it at a store that sells baking materials.
    It's going to be great for children's snacks because it looks fun.
    ingredient
    500g of roasted sweet potato
    25g of sugar
    30g of butter
    145ml of cold water
    1 egg
    35g of cooking oil
    50g of starch syrup
    5g of salt
    15g of flour
    180g of pinesott-t
    38g of pinesoft-202
    38g of pinesoft-c
    60g of butter
    Purple sweet potato powder

    홈베이커라면 대부분 만들어봤다는 리얼 고구마빵을 이제서야 만들어봤어요ㅋㅋㅋ
    고구마빵과 감자빵이 유행하면서 비앤씨마켓에서 이 빵에 사용되는 전분 세가지를 묶어서 세트판매하고 있어요!
    레시피를 다르게 두번 만들었는데 그중에서 터짐이 적고 반죽이 조금 더 부드러운 레시피로 올려봐요!
    반죽에 수분이 좀 많은편이지만 대신에 구울때 터짐이 하나도 없어서 저는 이 레시피가 좋더라구요!
    앙금속의 고구마도 찐고구마와 군고구마 두가지를 해봤는데
    군고구마로 만든 앙금이 훨씬 맛있었어요!
    귀찮아도 구운고구마로 만드시는걸 추천드려요!
    재료(10개분량)
    #고구마 페이스트
    군고구마 500g(껍질제외무게),설탕 25g,버터 30g
    #반죽
    차가운물 145ml,계란 55g(특란 1개)식용유 35g,물엿 50g,소금 5g,강력분 15g,파인소트프-t 180g,파인소프트202 38g,파인소프트c 38g,버터 60g,자색고구마분말
    레시피
    1.고구마는 오븐에 구워 준비해주세요.(중소사이즈 기준 180도에서 40분)
    2.군고구마 500g(껍질제외무게)에 설탕 25g,버터 30g을 넣고 으깨주세요.
    3.차가운물 145ml,계란 55g(특란 1개)식용유 35g,물엿 50g,소금 5g,강력분 15g,파인소트프-t 180g,파인소프트202 38g,파인소프트c 38g,버터 60g를 섞어 반죽을 만들어주세요.(손에 묻지않고 탄력이 있을정도로 반죽)
    4.반죽을 10분할 후 둥글리기해주세요.
    5.반죽에 고구마앙금 50~55g을 넣고 감싸주세요.
    6.자색고구마가루에 반죽을 굴린 후 고구마모양으로 성형해주세요.
    7.굽는도중 반죽이 터지지않도록 꼬챙이로 반죽에 구멍을 만들어주세요.
    8.160도로 예열된 오븐에서 18~20분간 구워주세요.

    안녕하세요, 제가 이 레시피로 두 번정도 빵을 만들어 봤는데요.. 결과는 괜찮았어요. 그런데 느낌상인지 모르겠는데, 화면상에서처럼.. 마치 빵이 겹겹이 있는 듯한 겉 모양이 않나오는데 무엇이 문제일까요? 제 빵은 느낌이 좀더 되고 무거운 느낌이거든요.. 오븐의 설정을 조절하거나 재료의 비율을 좀 조절해야 할까요?

      반죽을 너무 치대도 그렇기도 하고 반죽하면 냉장시켜야 해요 한시간정도
