    전부터 인터넷에서 유명한 빵이죠? 해남 몽소베이커리의 고구마빵을 따라해보았습니다. 원래는 흰 앙금을 넣어 소를 만들지만, 저는 고구마 본연의 맛을 더하기 위해서 흰 앙금대신 군고구마를 사용해 보았어요.
    재료
    파인소프트 T 210g, 파인소프트 202 30g, 파인소프트 C 30g, 건식찹쌀가루 20g, 계란 1개, 소금 3g, 카놀라유 15g, 올리고당 15g, 물 50g, 우유 60g, 실온버터 60g, 고구마가루
    소만들기: 고구마 720g, 모짜렐라치즈 80g, 생크림 10g, 꿀 10g, 소금약간, 후추

    Isn't this bread famous on the Internet for a long time? I copied the sweet potato bread of Haenam Montso Bakery. Originally, it was made with white sediment, but I used roasted sweet potatoes instead of white ones to add the original taste of sweet potatoes.
    Ingredient
    210g of Finesoft-T, 30g of Finesoft-202, 30g of Finesoft-C, 20g of Dried glutinous rice flour, 1 egg, 3g of salt, 15g of Canola oil, 15g of oligosaccharide, 50g of water, 60g of milk 60g of Butter, purple sweet potato powder
    720g of Sweet potato, 80g of Mozzarella Cheese, 10g of whipping cream, 10g of honey, a little bit of salt, pepper

    But in order to make this, u need to know what's Pine Soft- T, Pine Soft- C & Pine Soft- 202.... 😢😢😢
    After reading the comments below, I gotta know
    Pine Soft- T is Tapioca Starch
    Pine Soft- C is Corn Starch
    And I searched online for Pine Soft- 202....
    Can't read any korean....
    Translated: Raw materials and content Hydroxypropyl Phosphate 88% before powder, 12% powdered sugar (powder sugar)
    Gosh.... There must be some chemical.... 😭😭😭😭
    P.S. It is written "Finesoft" in video & in description box but replies in comments is Pinesoft.... So, after searching, I realised that Pine Soft is correct.... 😭😭😭😭😭😭

      I'm sorry for the fact that the material called pinesoft was first spelled incorrectly and reflected in the video. I can't delete the text in the video, so I just changed the content and comments. Also, since pinesoft is a special baking material and sweet potato bread has no choice but to be made from that ingredient, it is difficult to answer any other additional questions correctly.     우와 이거 진짜 찐이네요 시댁이 해남인데 고구마 주셔서 진짜 해남고구마로 고구마빵 만들었어요 느무느무 맛있어요
    근데 레시피대로 했는데 고구마필링 50그램씩하니까 남아서 그냥 10등분했더니 필링 하나당 84 그램정도 되던데 반죽 54 그램으로 감싸다보니 얇게 되긴했지만 그래서 더 진짜 고구마 같더라구요 ㅋ
    남편이 고구마 삶아 논건줄 알았다고 웃더라구요 아이들도 맛있다고 엄지척👍 하더라구요 ㅎㅎ

      Finesoft is a raw material for tapioca in bubble tea. This powder is used mainly to create chewy texture when making bread, but I mixed three different types because one type produces a tough texture. Thank you~

    Hi I like your video, glad that your video appear in my home 🙂 Can you recommend me a flour other than finesoft t, c and 202? because in my country they don't sell finesoft 🙁 Is finesoft same as tapioca flour?

      I'm not sure if there's any powder that can replace pinesoft It's said to have similar properties as tapioca starch, but I don't recommend it because it could get too tough if it goes wrong.

      @@waffely2732 haii i'm just using tapioca starch, bread flour, and rice glutinous flour. and i think to make the texture soft, you have to use corn syrup. the more you put it, the texture will go soft and chewy. i'm using about 20-25 g corn syrup. but you need to be careful, just don't put too much cause it has a side effects for health. hope it helps!

    Hi, i'm from thailand. Here we don't have pinesoft C and 202. can i use corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, glutinious flour or other kinds instead? Thank you so so much❤️🙏🏻 i love your recipe

      우유는 1/3정도 넣으시고 농도를 조절하셔야한것같네요 ~ 물엿넣으셔도 무방할것같아요^^

      I found that the two starchs are similar, but it would be best to get the Finesoft light from the ingredients.

    혹시 보관방법은 어찌 되나요? 당일 만들고 실온으로 2-3일 둬도 되는지요? 아님 당일 지나면 바류 냉동 보관후 해동 해서 먹나요?

      PineSoft is a metamorphic starch, and it's impossible to cook without all three. ^^ I don't know exactly what 202 means. Thank you.
