Yeah quite eye opening but your eyes are still closed. Let me explain. The basis of this full argument is the base he prepared by comparing his book of science and Quran. First of all this assumption is wrong bcz in science book fiction has no place every theory is tested by practicals and proved and then only added to book and if the theory is wrong it is discarded. While on the other hand quran doesn't follow same rules anything fiction or imagination is also present with obviously some truth as well. But mostly just personal biased views or imagination not facts. Hence his hero is a blind man and he who is speaking so much and thinking he is big shot Author is andhbhakt. Like me 😏🤣🤣. Yeah quite clearly he compared davins origin of species and thought no one will notice. The theory in science is tested and then it is accepted and if it comes out to be false it is discarded. Muslims have been given strict commandments in the Quran regarding who's a true believer and who's a Kafir. And the believers are supposed to wage a war against Kafirs. So Zakir Naik is actually a "good muslim" according to Quran although he preaches hate. Those within the Muslim community who criticize Naik for his fundamentalist views and show themselves to be champions of secularism, women's rights and equal respect for all religions are actually "bad muslims" according to Quran.

Sure we can. Where is Dr Naik is wrong is when he wrongly/selectively interprets Hindu tradition within the framework of monotheism (followed by Abrahamic religions). So, nobody accuses of Zakir for quoting Quran. It is his wrong interpretation of Hindu tradition is the problem. But Dr Zakir escaped because his speeches became an inspiration to Muslim men who indulged in terror acts in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Atheism is a good phase to experience because it allows one to think critically and look at religion closely in terms of how it impacts society. Of course if taken to the extreme atheism can result in nihilism or marxism or other strange diseases of the mind, but atheism if it remains rooted to culture and logic can be a good filter to understand the Abrahamic (supremacy) mindset. In this regard, Anand has the right approach of being culturally rooted and being an atheist. Even many great Hindu saints started out as atheists or rationalists when they were young, like Aurobindo, Swami Vivekananda, Chinmayananda, etc. When Vivekananda first met Ramakrishna he said he had doubts on the existence of God and asked him a lot of questions. That is the correct attitude - the spirit of inquiry and openness that is part of the ethos of this land. Even Savarkar, who is painted as the face of Hindutva or Hindu resistance, was an atheist.
Western atheism isn't the same as Indian atheism, because the definition of god in India isn't the same as in Abrahamic cults. It's not some guy sitting in the sky acting like a jailer or a cosmic dictator throwing unbelievers in gulags and showering believers in hedonistic pleasures for eternity. God is a much more complex, mature, and nuanced concept in Indian culture. So in that regard, people like Anand Ranganath are following divinity despite being "atheists".

1. Sanatan Dharma has no commandments only information and recommendations based on different times and there is no rule that one has to believe everything written in any scriptures.
2. Anyone is open to enter or leave sanatan dharma and there is no apostate punishment.
3. Anyone is allowed to question and criticize anything written in the scriptures and is free to believe what they want and reject the rest.
4. If any dharma guru or any preacher is making statements which are against humanity even if it is from any scriptures, if it is against the law of the land of current times then it can be rejected.
5. There is no one single path in sanatan dharma, charvaka school of thought ( which is materialistic atheistic belief ) is also included as one of the paths in sanatan dharma.
6. No Hindu god in any scriptures has made any commandments or claimed that they are one true God and if one brings in any other belief then they will go to hell or commit blasphemy.
7. There is no concept of heaven or hell, whether you do good deeds or bad deeds, there is no punishment of hell for disbelieving in God and there is also no guarantee of endless heaven if one brings belief in God. There is just the concept of rebirth until you do enough to achieve cessation from existence.
8. No sanatan scriptures discriminated against any other religions beliefs, or non believers.
9. In history there is no indian king even long before Islamic invasion that invaded and attacked other kingdoms and countries just on the basis of religion. Even if someone did it was mostly strategic or just as a duty of a king.
10. NOW CAN YOU FIRSTLY PROVE AJY OF THE ABOVE IS NOT TRUE? AND CAN YOU PROVE THAT ISLAM AND ISLAM HAS ANY OF THE ABOVE LIBERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF HUMANITY?

Religion is what religious texts say; anything beyond it is irrelevant.
I don't where it says in any holy scriptures that you've freedom not to follow it but let's say it is so.
Point is Manusmriti and plenty of other purana that has verses which goes against modern system of morality is still taken holy by plenty of people. Bottomline is these scriptures are the part of religion you practice.

What facts and figures ha........he only misquoted few verses of the Qur'an. Why he didn't quote Vedas which Dr Zakir Naik quoted in speech. Because Ranganathan and you Hindus gets exposed and shocked as Vedas also says don't do Idol worship and don't do worship of man made things if you do then you will go in more Andhkar. Don't read whole scriptures of yours just try to open the shloks directly of your Vedas which Dr Zakir Naik quotes. If it doesn't match those verses I'm ready to follow Hinduism

What I feel great about in the midst of awakening in Bharat.. pretty much in all fields which are rejuvenating Bharat - heroes from south are taking charge... JSD, Dr R, Jaishankar, Archeology and Architecture Praveen Mohan, in movies and cinema pretty much Bharat waits for them...in Adhytamic narrative and processes Sadhguru, Sri Sri... Great sign for Bharatam.. (am from far up north, know awakening drivers are in north as well - but mass impact creators seem to be coming from South more...wish this rubs whole of Bharat)...
There was a point in time when Bengal was a great hub for Hindu spiritual awakening and the emergence of Hindu sages and voices - Aurobindo, Anandamayi, Ramakrishna, Vivekananda, Tagore, etc but sadly today it has become a den of communists and Islamic sympathisers and wokes. If we are not careful and vigilant we will lose many states in India slowly through demographic shifts and they will turn those places into another Kashmir. I am glad to see there is an awakening in Bharat today among the Hindus but it still has a long way to go before Dharma can rise throughout the country. We are still at the nascent stage of this long civilisational battle.
That is because the more unapologetic Hindus are from the southern India.

Sadly in north, west, east.. we are even eroding the foundational building blocks.. and Bhasha-Gyan in root of it all.. I at times found it easier to understand the meanings and concepts of our Sanatan civilization during my travels to South East and even far east Asia - as far as Japan.. even though people there now may not even know it has linkage with BharatVarsham.. yet understanding of sanatan-essence is little better than us.. that included even some parts in Islamic countries there..
