Cocktails often have a habit of taking on a life of their own, and almost becoming more legend than actual libation. The Singapore Sling is a prime example.
The Singapore Sling is said to have originated at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore in 1915, and countless variations have been created since its inception over 100 years ago. It can be hard to find a great, authentic recipe, so we went straight to the experts and used the recipe by the originators at the Raffles Hotel.

I do love a good Signapore Sling. I'm grateful for the explanation of the Rose's. It was eating my soul, but I can definitely appreciate the logic behind this. I'm drinking a Lorikeet whilst watching this. I love that y'all are elevating barware!
