Had to wince when the cocktail was knocked over at the end. I literally dropped three cocktails, a lemonade and a beer directly on the floor in front of a guest's table last night and watching the French 75 tip over gave me flashbacks lol
I love your quirky and joyful personality. Your instructions are succinct and easy to follow, coupled with your effervescent demeanor makes for educational and entertaining viewing. Cheers!
Honestly love your videos Anders. Every other channel I’ve attempted to watch was either too stuffy or the bartender too arrogant. You approach bartending with the right spirit (hah! see what I did there?) and make it fun. Your videos have inspired me to build my bar thank you!
Made the French 75 with London Dry and it was delicious. Everyone wanted seconds, and thirds. Amped up the lemon and syrup in the second version and every liked the initial dryer version. Hence the “thirds”
I've been a mixology nut for several years, and finally got into an ideal part-time gig hosting a couple of craft cocktail nights a month at a local spot. It's a ton of fun.
Wow! Just made these with gin and they were delicious!! Two within 20 minutes of each other hit hard though 🤣. My wife and I LOVE your channel, great work!
Fun fact; In Belgium we call the minimal noise when you open a bottle of sparkling wine (champagne, cava, proseco, etc) a "Nun's fart". It's the noise when you can just barely hear it. Not sure if other parts of the world have a name for that noise, or if the term is a global thing.
Your videos are great.. a wonderful combination of history, barmanship, enjoyment plus Anders and Az are just delightful characters. These videos pick me up even if I’m down. Cheers.
This was among the cocktails we offered at our neighborhood New Years Eve gathering. They quickly became the only cocktail requested, almost everyone became overserved. Navy strength gin. No worries, everyone was walking home.
Don’t drink the 75 very often, but when I do....! Great session, loved that AZ put the camera on autopilot f a bit! Oh, yeah, and I love the extended outtake.
We serve these in a coupe glass - with a much shorter lemon twist 😄. The coupe just makes it seem fancy, I think. We had a few customers start to order it with Empress 1908 gin and it does make for a visually appealing cocktail. Gives it a nice lavender color similar to an aviation.
I felt in love with this channel the first time I saw it! you both are hilarious! BTW you are the reason why a now have a 15 bottle cart bar at home. Cheers from Italy :)
Outstanding! You are great together and bring a lot of fun. The Black Liver Project folks are pushing your shows out into the Twitters because they love you in our shows and now really dig your videos.
I’m watching this in preparation for new years but I thought I’d mention this. I work at the WW1 museum in KC and one day while wandering around a fellow volunteer came up to me and pointed out our real French 75 gun. It’s a relatively small piece of artillery compared to the rest of the stuff we have. It’s about chest height. And it was inordinately simple. No weird magazine hold you canon shape but it apparently is known for it absurd rate of fire. I was told a story that apparently during a certain battle it was being fired so quickly that they got a guy to place wet rags on the barrel so it didn’t overheat. It had a really horrific nickname but I can’t remember it and for some reason it feels too macabre to mention.
I sure needed such wonderful people making one of our favorite cocktails today. LURV that you made both!!!! I'm a cognac fan but I know a gin fan. He's wrong. Are y'all available for a private workshop to learn how to master the lemon curls?? Thank you both.😻
You’ve probably mastered the ribbon by now, but in case I’m wrong…try wrapping the lemon peel tightly around a bar spoon. You get tight curls and an easy garnish action by letting it fall off the end of your spoon :)
Cheers! to the best cocktail channel on the tube. Az (is it spelled correctly ?) you're a natural both behind and in front of the camera! you guys are great. made several of your coctails already last week I made the smokey old fashioned Cheers from Belgium
I do a blend of both 1/2 oz Bummer and Lazarus Gin (grape based), 1/2 oz Cognac, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, champagne (always champagne). I always pour the champagne first so it incorporates easier. All the Milk and Honey guys say to serve in a big Coupe glass and use a more full cocktail proportions but I only have flutes at my place
Its worth noting that the style of garnish in this cocktail will have a lot of nucleation sites to agitate the sparking wine so it will go flat very fast. Loved the video! Cheers!
I didn't know that cognac is common to use in F75 but I tried in home versions with gin, bourbon and cognac by my own invention and all of them are super deliscious!
IF you want a REALLY fun French75, use one of those Butterfly Blue Pea Flower gins like "End of Days Luna Blue" or "Conniption." You'll get AMAZING floral notes on the nose, and a beautiful pink-lavender color...
I have to tell you that I all my years as a bartender, even when I worked at the Pierre Hotel in NYC, I never had a customer ask for a 75 to be made with brandy and as you said it was built in a Collins glass.
Just checking this one out now because I'm making these on my livestream this weekend. Omigosh...LOVE your videos! And love when you're both on! :) The spill at the end was everything. Thanks for all you do!
What a great new cocktail channel! I just watched all your videos back to back, and love how everything is explained plus all the outtakes! Cant wait for more to come!
Funny how this just popped. I quickly learned this and that girls love it. One has to be careful, because it packs a punch, like the French 75 gun. The cognac version looks interesting.
you just did that in front of 16 people .... and the video has 1.4k in likes ... i think it was a liiitle more than 16, cheers, as always magnificent content
Anders, thank you so much. You are just the right mix! Ouch, excuse that awful pun. No, but really you are sincere, fun enough and genteel without being stuffy. Maybe refined is the word for which I'm searching. In any case, I like drinking with you, and I love the way you pour and serve. Bravisimo!
Cheers!
Thank you, Marcelo! Cheers!
A bartender at a favorite steakhouse adds St. Germaine to his French 75 and it makes all the difference, for the better.
Yes, And I've only had one with vodka. I thought that was traditional
Honestly love your videos Anders. Every other channel I’ve attempted to watch was either too stuffy or the bartender too arrogant. You approach bartending with the right spirit (hah! see what I did there?) and make it fun. Your videos have inspired me to build my bar thank you!
Thanks, Andre! Love that you’re building your own bar! Cheers to you! 🥃
My favorite bartending channel to watch, EVER. Thanks for always making me giggle
Thanks, Juliana! Cheers to you!
Love the chemistry between those two!
Made the French 75 with London Dry and it was delicious. Everyone wanted seconds, and thirds. Amped up the lemon and syrup in the second version and every liked the initial dryer version. Hence the “thirds”
Currently on my 6th month as a ''bartender'', your videos were the first I ever watched.
Loving every minute of my new job.
Thanks Anders
Best job in the world
I've been a mixology nut for several years, and finally got into an ideal part-time gig hosting a couple of craft cocktail nights a month at a local spot. It's a ton of fun.
All of your videos just put me in a good mood. I appreciate it

Lmao
Cognac with mine!
You just did that in front of (8:00) 16 people… wait number is updated and… 62,000 people. Awesome show!
211 thousand
Your videos are great.. a wonderful combination of history, barmanship, enjoyment plus Anders and Az are just delightful characters. These videos pick me up even if I’m down. Cheers.
Thanks, Gary! Cheers to you!

Another really fun vid! The “extra” with the spill is a stitch, nice garnishes!
Absolutely love your videos and I can't help myself binge watching. You two have endearing personalities!
One of my favorite cocktail channel !!! Great Job again!
your channel is so fun to watch! i've been sick this weekend and have been binge watching your episodes from oldest to newest!
Had my first French 75 today and it’s my new fav!!!! ❤
Love, love, love seeing you both and so much fun!!! Well done!!
Don’t drink the 75 very often, but when I do....! Great session, loved that AZ put the camera on autopilot f a bit! Oh, yeah, and I love the extended outtake.
You are a blessing to watch! Thanks for all the sips, tips and recipes

One of my ultimate favorites, wish it were more popular and well known, its marvelous!
As always the best explanation with the history and everything
Such a bartender, finishes the drink while the glassy runs to get the towel. Love it
I have been adding a half oz of chambord very good adds a nice touch of rasbery to it
I felt in love with this channel the first time I saw it! you both are hilarious! BTW you are the reason why a now have a 15 bottle cart bar at home. Cheers from Italy :)

will try this this weekend. My wife ❤ French 75. Will use gin since I don't have cognac. Love Az in the vids too. My lemon zest looks like hers!
You two are such a cute couple. I enjoy watching you produce these videos and enjoy the cocktails together.

Just made one with gin and maple syrup to celebrate the new year. Refreshing and one that creeps up on yah. Here's to 2022!
Look! It’s my go to drink...yes gin is the only right way. Thank you! Hope to see you guys soon!
You guys are so adorable! Love this channel, the quirky personality and the great drinks!
Just what I always thought, Az should be making the drinks! (Anders, no really, your videos are great)
Haha, spilling the drink at the end is what happeneds at my place.
Thanks for the uploads dude. I've been drinking tasty cocktails thank to you. 🙏

Not gonna lie, I'm going to have to google "nucleation sites".
You're a trip! Thanks for keeping it simple and fun.
Years of me skipping on trying to make an french 75 at home 'till I've seen this wideo, happy wednesday everyone!

I didn't know that cognac is common to use in F75 but I tried in home versions with gin, bourbon and cognac by my own invention and all of them are super deliscious!
First time I ever see Az and she spills the cocktail haha 😄 I love it though y'all should do more like this it's fun
I know this video is from the past, it's great to see Az more in fron of the camera.
This is one of my wife's favorites. Honestly, I would order one in a Collins glass.
Part foul! Lol, another gem of creative content. Thank you.
more videos with the wife... nice seeing you guys have fun!
You guys are awesome.... I love stumbling across older videos! And I love bubbly cocktails!
IF you want a REALLY fun French75, use one of those Butterfly Blue Pea Flower gins like "End of Days Luna Blue" or "Conniption." You'll get AMAZING floral notes on the nose, and a beautiful pink-lavender color...
Nicely done- loved the pre pour tilt tip for the champy and dual spirit options.
Okay this may be the coolest channel on TH-cam. The booze helps.
Love this video! Now 5,066 people have seen the spill. lol Love the bloopers.
Love their natural goofiness
I have to tell you that I all my years as a bartender, even when I worked at the Pierre Hotel in NYC, I never had a customer ask for a 75 to be made with brandy and as you said it was built in a Collins glass.
1st, we love you Az, so remain in front of the camera whenever you want to. Also, very cool video. Thanks.
Thank you it’s my birthday I luv this cocktail
Lemon garnish directly inspired from your haircut, love it!
That’s hillarious! 😄 So funny. Especially the punch line at the end… Great content, thank you so much, Anders. 👏👏👏
Crémant - good call
i saw on a video this was made with cognac and egg whites.. I definitely try this was cognac minus the garnish🎉
Just checking this one out now because I'm making these on my livestream this weekend. Omigosh...LOVE your videos! And love when you're both on! :) The spill at the end was everything. Thanks for all you do!

Anders, thank you so much. You are just the right mix! Ouch, excuse that awful pun. No, but really you are sincere, fun enough and genteel without being stuffy. Maybe refined is the word for which I'm searching. In any case, I like drinking with you, and I love the way you pour and serve. Bravisimo!
Danke für das informative und kurzweilige Video.
I think I’ll go with the cognac one. It’s fall/winter now for me, might as well. Thank you!! Cheers! 🥂🥂
Just made one. Love it!! Oh no!! Something like I’d go!!
Legend has it is that they started using cognac after they run out of gin but cognac was readily available during the war
Classic, anither great celebration, cheers
We love Az! ❤
You two look good together.
Yay Az is in this one!!
I love gin. I love cognac. And I love these videos. I'm going to have to make these soon.
Thanks for the great video; I came prepared with this recipe to a New Year’s Eve get together and it was a hit.
Gotta twist the sparkling wine while holding the cork.
I’ve only had it with gin, but I will be trying with cognac because I drink them both.
