I don't know if you already found out, but just in case you didn't: You will ALWAYS hear someone whispering exactly at 03:33 AM every night. It's not a preacher, just something to mess with you. You will know when you've found a preacher if you find a cloaked guy hiding in some corner, whispering things non-stop. It's very rare for a preacher to show up.
The thing that stinks about this game is that 90% of the anomalies are displacement and mimic and then rarely imagery and then you basically never see the rest of them and then when you do you have no idea what to report
