How I Beat Resident Evil's Toughest Challenge

Is it possible to beat Resident Evil 4 Remake, on the Professional difficulty, while there is 3x the amount of normal enemies, those enemies are completely randomized, they drop random items and what the merchant sells and the upgrades of every weapon are also randomized? And if that wasn't hard enough, if I die, I have to go back to the very beginning of the game with a brand new seed!
