I think we just need a better group finder. Raids already has so many roles that mechanically it wouldn't make sense for it to scale. Besides if the boss is designed for 1 or 2 people to not do a role and just learn the feel of the fight for a few kills, that's fine too. If the boss scaled, then everyone would want to do like 5man and not want the 6th leech that slows the kill down. The design works better when not scaled

If your trying the grow your community CTR is a measure of attention and not engagement. Users can be clicking on your video and downvoting it or leaving within seconds, clickbait titles increase the likelihood of this happening.
Clickbait is a strategie for views and by falling for it you directly contribute to it's existance. The last thing you should do is to place a comment because that helps the creator even more

I love and hate that rs3 is so afkable. Nice for multi tasking but if I want to waste some time at lunch and use rs mobile then tap once and just sit there.... I usually just close it out and watch youtube instead.
With the already massive migration to osrs I think the more inspiration devs take from osrs the more people will be interested in moving to osrs to "try it". Devs need to be more creative without copying osrs or the decline with continue
Honestly depends on what you're doing that decides if its a second monitor game or not (great example is the new Arch Offhand . The drops are so "rare" you're better off just AFK and only check every x min wnen you get an artifact (2k porters in GOTE of course))
It should always be more rewarding to skill actively than to do so in an AFK manner. It is OK to have a good AFK method, but there *has* to be a way to do it actively and have it be significantly better XP/resource generation for doing so. The mining rework honestly have a great design towards achieving this, but it's not quite enough and I believe AFKing alaea crabs are still by far the best XP. They also *really* need to get away from defaulting every new boss to dropping copious amounts of salvage AKA raw GP injection into the game (like several mils per kill AVG), and put way heavier focus on value through uniques/resources. This would include going back to existing bosses and *seriously* strip them of the vast majority of their salvage drops, which would initially feel pretty bad but would ultimately be better for the game long-term. Right now it feels like they're so afraid of a boss being "dead on release" by virtue of being "bad GP/HR" that they just make it print like 1.5x as much as the last boss did...

Couple things here, I have commented a number of times in the past about the negativity here. Each time, you have responded. I do understand, that social media is directly benefiting from discourse. Outrage encourages every single metric for the algorithm in a way that positive content just doesn't. People want to be mad, and they want other people to be mad too. It has far more shares, far more engagement, far more watch time. The only problem is, because its an algorithm, all content creators follow the same thing, they all say the same stuff, so the same crowd can get the same message. It just becomes monotonous. The creator is often sacrificing their uniqueness for success. Which like, hey, the grind is the grind. But it also causes a loop, where even if the negative sentiment isn't genuine, it will be. Because they are surrounding themselves with that negativity. Most times I ever feel burnt out from a game, I leave that games subreddit, and I rather quickly become more interested in the game again. Anyways, that's just an old mans ramblings. P.S. Sorry you feel that way about RS becoming a second monitor game. I hope you are able to find a way to enjoy the game however you're playing it. Im a main just about to hit 5.5B XP, working on 5.8 by end of year, it sucks seeing people lower than me with 700 Cinder cores in their pocket lol (Mainly because I verrrrry rarely ever pay for anything outside monthly membership), but I keep pushing because its my goal, and I'm enjoying it.
What you are saying is 100% true, but unless the ENTIRE runescape community changes the way they title/thumbnail their videos (and even then it's more an overall youtube issue) that will unfortunately not change and I hate it just as much sa you do, as you know by watching my videos; i am positive/level headed about most things, but limiting my reach for morals to me isn't worth it. I rather bait people in with a shitty title and then convince them with my great arguments than have great arguments and no one watching it (story of my second channel lol) I just hope that runescape finds a better balance between second monitor and main monitor. Make something for everyone and not just focus ont he scewed metric of everyone afks.

I do feel like that sentimate comes from so many angles, some people are burnt out, and cant admit it, so they need to point flaws ("Im not burn out, the game just sucks now!"), and/or they feel some shame for being emotional about a videogame, as there is a lot of people who still think they are a complete waste of time, so seeing someone emotional about it can be seen stupidly. I get that you want to drive traffic to your channel, that's understandable. However, buying into the algorithm as blatantly as you describe just means that social media manipulation will get worse not better over time. I am sure you aren't the only one who does this, but its a shame that content creators from all fields feel its necessary to give TH-cam (and other companies) more power than they already have. Maybe less clickbait would get you more subs over time. I am much less likely to sub to a channel that has dishonest or misleading titles as a matter of principle. Maybe it makes no difference, but if more people did it maybe it would.
