The Welsh mountain Snowdon is the highest point in Wales and England. This video was filmed on a very stormy day, but it's still an amazing place to visit!
In this video, the Green Yeti team and I set out to ascend the three toughest routes up Mount Snowdon in 12 hours or less. However, as soon as we set off, we knew we would have to change the plan. Join on this video to see how it went.

IYO... Are there benefits of hiking the mountains on running?
I'd say yes, and also it depends on the objective. Being in running gear and testing that stuff out for walking up a mountain is always good to test. I think there is a different posture also. And then I guess it also depends, what your running is actually in effort wise. Interesting question though 👍
Can't wait for our 3 peaks challenge later in the year.
Enjoyed it Craig, Snowdon weather is a little wet and windy at times :D When I did my ultra there, it was glorious sunshine the whole day!

It looks like the weather was a little challenging, great effort and a sensible decision to not attempt Crib Goch in those conditions. That said, I don't know if I would attempt Crib Goch even on a bright sunny day lol
