When I was about 12, my brother said that he found me sleepwalking once. I would talk random nonsense to him, then sit on his bed and start petting the cat which rested next to his feet.
I'm a sleepwalker, my brother sometimes wake up in the middle of the night to see a dark object standing next to his bed, when he turn on his phone's flashlight, he finds me standing, looking at him and smiling...he screams and wake me up every single time
With good reason. A man in Canada murdered his in-laws while in a sleep-walking state. If you see a Sleepwalker, be EXTREMELY CAREFUL, as they can turn violent if approached wrong. This is actually incredibly dangerous, and I'd insist he get treatment or not sleep at my place.

The guy on the ice is a genius. He invented the poor man's treadmill like nothing. One moment he was plain stupid, but the second his feet touched the ice, his natural genius took over. Now he will focus on solving the one remaining problem: Creating ice that withstands even summer heat.
Normally when people sleepwalk, they usually have nightmares, so if you ever see someone sleepwalk normally the best thing to do is to put an obstruction in the path, that makes their brain reset and go back to point of origin. Waking them up is sometimes ill advised unless in a emergency, like I said, they're normally have nightmares so if you try to pat them on the shoulder or something, they might come out swinging.
For those interested: the ferret dragging another ferret is forcing him into submission. The other usually gives up by yawning or by staying still like in this video. They are very strange animals but also extremely funny :)
When I was a kid my mom and brother witnessed me do this to my bro. They said that I ran out of the room once he yelped, and heard a thud in the kitchen. I was on the floor completely asleep. Hahaha. Super scary.

I had a schoolmate who could not go to sleep overs or excursions because most of the time he would wake up and start running in his sleep, knocking down anything he encounters and suddenly wakes up confused. He grew up using a special blanket that he could attach to the bed and that prevented him from jumping up from bed, knocking him back to sleep
I think the body can be asleep, but also your mind can be asleep independently. Are you saying his subconscious is partially active and stimulating physical sensors, or that he’s literally aware of his actual movements?

The guy on the ice is a genius. He invented the poor man's treadmill like nothing. One moment he was plain stupid, but the second his feet touched the ice, his natural genius took over. Now he will focus on solving the one remaining problem: Creating ice that withstands even summer heat.

Normally when people sleepwalk, they usually have nightmares, so if you ever see someone sleepwalk normally the best thing to do is to put an obstruction in the path, that makes their brain reset and go back to point of origin. Waking them up is sometimes ill advised unless in a emergency, like I said, they're normally have nightmares so if you try to pat them on the shoulder or something, they might come out swinging.

He grew up using a special blanket that he could attach to the bed and that prevented him from jumping up from bed, knocking him back to sleep

Man I use to get told that I would sleep walk and then often piss on the bookshelf at night, found out a little later that I don't sleep walk at all but my stepfather at the time would come back so drunk that he wouldn't make it to the bathroom... they blame it on me in the morning... this happened for 2 years. Only found out because my younger sister had seen him in the act a couple of times with them trying to blame me in the morning. Felt so fuckin sick honestly, but at least it showed who had my back in the family
