Back in 1989 I was terribly unhappily married to my first husband and every night for about 2 weeks I dreamed that I murdered my husband I dreamed I stabbed him then one night I woke myself up trying to open the knife drawer in my kitchen, the drawer stuck and was hard to open thank God for that. It scared me so bad that I packed up all of my things the next day and moved out then filed for divorce! Rattling that drawer let me know that I had over stayed my welcome!
Right way to remedy that problem, smart too! Wow, that made me cringe when you said you opened that knife drawer! Glad you got out, and no one was hurt!
Regarding the last story on this video, the man was acquitted of the crime because it was proven that he did have a long history of sleep walking, something that he inherited from his father. His father was known to make entire meals while sleep walking, and the son had been seen by his wife and family members sleep walking and growling much like the girl in the previous story. At the time of the crime he had been facing financial troubles as you mentioned and had been extremely stressed at the time, the night it happened he'd taken sleep medication as he hadn't been sleeping due to that stress. That long history and a family history of sleep walking and being able to do such actions like making meals and more proved that he did the murder while sleeping the entire time thus the acquittal.
If a person waders around at night soliciting males in an English accent, it could be a case of multiple personality, where a person assumes different personalities, with changes in accent, heartbeat, & pulse.
When I was about, idk, 7/8 yrs old, I used to goto my grandparents every single weekend. The crazy thing about this, is that I know of, it's the only time it's ever happened. I fell asleep downstairs in the recliner and my Mimi woke me and said," Ok hon, go on up to bed." The way the house was laid out, when you get to the top of the stairs, you take an immediate right to get to my room there, if you take an immediate left, you first pass the bathroom, and then other bedrooms. So, like I said, I went to their house EVERY WEEKEND SINCE I WAS A TODDLER! So, when she said," Go to bed hon, I'll be up in a minute to tuck you in, I walked up the stairs, maybe 10/12 stairs, and instead of making that immediate right, like always, I took the left, and went into the bathroom. That's weird, right? The bathroom was laid out too where you had to walk a lil to get to mirror, sink, bathtub etc, so anyways....I got in the bed alright.....in the tub, whilst my grandpa was running his freaking bathwater! Got right in there, fully clothed in my pj's and what's really odd, is like I said, only time and wouldn't you think the warmth of the water would've woken me? IT DID NOT! My Mimi, had to get me out, change my pj's, and put me in bed and I STILL NEVER WOKE UP! Hearing THAT at the breakfast table the next morning, was TERRIFYING! SORRY SO LONG! IF YOU READ ALL, TY!
I've only sleepwalked once that I know of when I was a kid, my cousin had slept over that night and told me about it but I don't remember anything. I also fell asleep while standing up once. I have bad insomnia but when I do sleep, I'm out lol
I have a problem with insomnia and was given ambien. One night @ 2am, I was missing so my husband and daughter went to look for me. They found me 3 blocks away and I kept telling them, I was helping a lady put away her groceries. I don’t remember a thing. It eventually went away.
I occasionally sleepwalk. My ex-wife told me usually I would just wander around the house mumbling nonsense. I did have a couple of scares though. One night I went to sleep in my bed and woke up in my car. Thank God I hadn’t brought my keys. But a few months ago it was worse. A few months ago I literally put my head through a wall. I apparently wandered into a spare bedroom and tripped. When I woke up I was laying on the floor with a lump on my head, a black eye and a hole in the wall.
You poor fellow! Get some medical help immediately! Find a sleep clinic and see a doctor as soon as possible! Who knows if you'll survive the next incident?
When I was about 9yrs old I had sleep walked out the house. The police were called and searched for me and found me in the local old graveyard ( we lived in a small village in the uk ) sleeping on a coffin shaped gravestone. My son has been sleep walking and talking for years . He’s autistic and 13yrs. A few years ago I caught him trying to open windows to get out while asleep. He never remembers anything and gets scared when we ( me and his siblings ) talk about what he did the night before. I had to lock all windows in the house and got double locks on the front door. He falls asleep a lot after getting back from school and gets upset if I don’t wake him for food or he sleeps too long and misses out playing PS4 with his friends or watching TH-cam. I once woke him for his pasta and cheese ( fussy eater and won’t eat sauces and so likes bland foods ) and I thought he was awake as he was eating but when he looked up at me his eyes were glazed and I knew he was still asleep. He ate it all and laid back down to sleep. The next day he got annoyed I never woke him for his dinner the night before and I told him and he got freaked out and upset. It scares him of the conversations he has asleep and the sleep walking. I just hope he grows out of it.
You're the 1st person that I've heard describe My childhood. I'd leave and walk out to the street light in front and scream, cry to the point that the neighbors came out to walk me back. I've worked through it with time and help.
My husband was in the military. I'm scared he might go to far one day. He has choked me numerous times, hit me etc. He has jumped up screaming "where is my gun". He would never hurt a hair on my head and we have a great relationship. It's like night and day, and when he wakes up you can see the shock and sadness come over him. I've told the V. A. about it and they aren't really interested. We will figure it out though I hope. But.. yea, I definitely believe every single one of those people are telling the truth. They were sleeping and didn't know. It's scary as hell to watch I couldn't imagine what they go through. 🥺
Yeah.... My husband hasn't touched me or my kids but I've woken him up going for the gun or getting up BECASUE he heard something. Once he slapped his hand over my mouth saying shush!! Someone's near then I woke Him up but lots of close cals like that... I pray you get him help and correct this before something awful happens. I live in a retirement army town ft Bragg and I hear of this all the time but it's always too late and in the news as a tragedy. Are you safe now? Do you feel safe?
I remember sleepwalking once when I was around 10 me and family and some friends went camping and I took my pillow and walked down the road and layed down in the middle of the road luckily my mom and dad got me and all I remember is holding my pillow in my hand back at the camp sit..and they was so worried I'd do it again that they made me sleep in there tent with them that night
This happened to me as a child. I walked out onto our 10th floor balcony during a tornado. Thankfully it wasn’t that close to us. An from that moment the doors were barricaded at night
Chronic sleepwalker here. One day I woke up on the couch fully dressed in lazing around the house clothes when last I remembered I was sleeping aunatural in bed. The next day I went to work and was told I came into work the day before fully dressed in scrubs and confused that I wasn't on the schedule, then proclaimed 'it must be the other place' then left. I had no memory of that but understood why I woke up dressed on the couch the day before. Trip that, woke up got dressed and work clothes drove to work talked to people drove back to the house change clothes again and lay down on the couch to go to sleep. It was my most eventful sleep Walk ever!
I'm a sleepwalker, always have been. My dad had to get a slide bolt for the front door . I was five to six, living in suburb of Detroit, opened the front door went into the yard climbed the tallest tree we had !!! Still asleep . Great fun times.
i sleep walk, talk, fight, ive even been found by my brother about half way to town naked (on the main street) ... ive even cooked meals for 'my master' and left him a note thinking i was a servant and saying i was sorry i couldnt stay up til he got home.... i wake up with bruised knuckles knowing ive been fighting (prolly naked) ... its scary but i have no idea wot to do about it xxx
@@daniellebibona1503 that would b awesome... ive even lost friends over it fist fighting with them for no reason n no one can tell im not actually awake

Can you cover "When Sleepwalking Goes Wrong......Part Deux?" When people who have sleepwalking issues then a partner takes advantage and kills someone then blames the person who sleepwalks thinking they'd get away with it? This Mom is diagnosed with many sleep issues, she's Type A Personality, & has been diagnosed with a strong case of OCD, she sleepwalks & was also taking Ambien. I think Ambien.... She had a great paying job, supported her family, and could afford a big house for her, her husband, 16/17 yo son and a toddler or baby? requiring/affording her to have had a live in nanny. The husband was having a long affair with the live-in nanny. The nanny later found out she was pregnant. She told the husband. But she was also sleeping with the couples 16/17yo son! So it was either dad's or sons child!! So the father and everyone goes to bed, dad wakes up in the middle of the night & used a knife to kill the nanny in the kitchen/living room. He then cleaned only his clothes & himself up & then getting into bed, disturbed his wife enough for her to then get up, sleepwalking but still COMPLETLY asleep. She went to the crime scene, her living room/kitchen, and then saw the "mess" and she began cleaning up all of the blood, not cleaning or touching the barely breathing nanny just yet. Then when people started waking up in the early early morning from the noises of loud cleaning, running water, bucket mopping, and one by one they one by one, wake up to see the crime. The Mom wakes up fully covered in blood, realizing she had been cleaning up an awful, bloody murder scene. When she was fully awake, they called the police on herself..... she believed she murdered the nanny in her sleep confessed to the crime. She was charged and very remorseful, saying how much she loved the nanny, she was family, expressing how upset she was she did this. She was visibly upset and shaken by what she did not understanding how she could do this horrible crime! She was horrified over her crimes, demanding full punishment and psychiatric help for her actions.... But idk how it came out the dad did it in jealous rage because of the nanny's affair with both him and the underage son. I was going to type just names but I couldn't find this crime anywhere, no matter how I searched, so I'm sorry if I ruined this one, but it's interesting isn't it? I'm sure there are other cases where someone blamed/tried to blame a sleepwalker, thinking they'd get away with murder & the sleepwalker wouldn't get such a harsh sentence.
Yeah I suffer from insomnia n asthma,my snoring keeps waking me up so I mostly only get 3 hours sleep if I'm lucky, sometimes I can go straight back to sleep other times it takes a while
I have done some weird things on certain medication that I no longer take. Like tried to drink nail polish and had it all around my mouth. And once there was an elephant stuck in my wall. My daughter even talked to me at the time and kept asking me questions and I answered everyone one of them. But never did anything to harm myself or anyone
Am I the only one who doesnt kill anyone in my dreams EITHER? I mean, if these folks are all dreaming of killing someone, isnt that an issue in itself?
I don't dream of killing anyone - atleast that I can recall, and I am an extremely lucid, and very vivid dreamer- as well as astral projection, and sleep paralysis. I have also felt as if I were in between states awake/asleep that were not sleep paralysis. However I also keep Myself and My dreams and thoughts in check as much as I can and set up boundaries to be as safe as possible, some are not as fortunate and even Myself if I were to have a dream that I did that- I would as do with all my dreams and experiences {both in the awakened state and when not} It could even be something in the background say on the t.v and feel asleep and a crime show came on- it could be something that is not even remotely related but when You awake that it how it was projected to You. So many variables. I hope everyone stays safe- My mom is a prevalent sleep walker. Best thing for us personally was setting up boundaries (even pillows *I litterally have to barricade Myself in* whatever works) 🙃 and to Celina Spooky Boo- Thank You for being YOU stay safe much love to all!!!✨
I have driven long distances home on multiple occasions, while asleep. Thank God I've always arrived home without incident. Alcohol was definitely a factor. No memory of the drives home!
I have been a sleepwalker since I was little. Idk what started it but I did live with an abusive father. So if that was a cause??? I would sleep walk home if I spent the night at a friends, climb in parked cars of neighbors, pea on weird places, etc. Throughout my life I've done everything while asleep from cooking, driving, talking, having sex ... I mean everything. Usually I never made sense when speaking or asked questions and I would do weird stuff. Like cool cereal, get lost in my closet etc. but I also could go shopping and interact o guess because I've woke up with merchandise I had purchased the previous night so I had to have communicated with people. But I never ever recall any episodes. I do have lucid dreams where I know I'm dreaming and can wake myself up. I also have terrible nightmares frequently about unspeakable things I've never heard of or seen before. Violent things. I've also experienced sleep paralysis about 4 or 5 times where my dreams materialized while I was awake but unable to move with a huge pressure on my chest. It's very scary because it's so real. So I feel for others who suffer with sleep disorders but honestly I do not believe you could stay asleep through a violent attack where the other person is for sure gonna be making enough noise to wake you up enough to come to your senses and realize your strangling or beating or drowning someone!!! That could easily take up to 20 minutes of continually attack on your part. No way u would remain asleep!!!
I suffer from many sleep disorders: somnambulance, sleep paralysis, visits from the Incubus, shouting, thrashing around. I was having a dream once about yanking on a girl's hair during a fight when I suddenly woke and saw that was holding my husband's head off his pillow by his hair. He didn't wake; too much booze, weed, too tired. The following day I confessed to him what I'd done. We are no longer together. I once found myself kneeling on the floor praying next to my bed (I'm a lapsed Catholic) after I had sepsis and nearly died. I've woken up paralyzed on the floor (truly terrifying) and dreamt of being tied up and unable to move only to slowly realize that I'm paralyzed once again. I found myself 'planking': waking up with the lower half of my body twisted and stretched out over my bedroom floor like I was defying gravity. It gets really bad when I get ill after a hospital admission. Clonazepam is the only treatment for sleep disorders that I know of. It also runs in families. My maternal grandmother had to be locked in her cabin at night on board the ship her family was travelling in from Scotland to New Zealand. I remember hearing a story about this guy getting caught for serial rapes, which he had no idea he was committing. They did sleep studies on him and sure enough he had a severe problem. The women he raped were victims and so was he. He was completely devastated by what he had done. Suffering from sleep disorders is completely out of your control. I guess trying to live a stress-free life might help, but who has one of those?
I sleep eat & cook too. Walking around isn't really a problem because my husband and son both know I do it and just send me back to bed. Gives them something to give me grief over.😂 Been doing this all my life according to what my parents always told me.
This also began happening to me a year and a half ago as well. Medication used to help shut down the mind some to be able to sleep. I started what my family called my nightly escapades. I flooded out our house an pulled the stove apart to clean it. That was the last straw. Now I just don’t sleep much. Because I can’t without meds but if I take them I sleep walk
Omg my fav tiktoker Celina Myers God bless her on her sleep walking issues but she is someone I admire just because she has that vibe that would never ever fade that happiness vibe of joy despite of what her sleep walking has gotten her
Yikes I’ve done so many of these things while sleepwalking. Cook, drive, eat, shop, sex…. I’ve been sleepwalking since I was a kid, but this video makes me worries..
I've been a sleep walker all my life. I believe I was 5 or 6 when I was first told about what I had done. From then on I've tried to pee on the sofa. 😆 I've looked for my soccer ball in the coat closet in the middle of the night. I've drove. I've tried to cook. I've let my husband in the house in the middle of the night. (He was a truck driver am would come in at all hours) That scared me most of all because I could of let anybody in with me an my children. I've had some really deep talks with my husband an nope don't recall one bit of it. I thought I had hair on my hands an chest an wanted my husband to feel an see. Boy I could write a book. My parents would have to lock our doors a certain way so I wouldn't get out of the house. Yeah crazy. Most of its funny but I still do it till this day an im 53 years old. 😆 😆 😆
Supposedly my husband found me in our patio just stand right in the middle smoking a cigarette and then he found me again in the kitchen just standing there and then he found me pacing back and forth in our bedroom at this point he just got used to it lol my mom also sleep walks in her house from making food, reheating food, making something to drink
I have seen my mother do this while taking Ambien. She would go to the emergency room after begging dad to take her. The next day she had no memory of any of the episode. Dad said she would wake up and set a plate of food and blame Dad. Lay out clothes. Blame Dad. Over and over for years. Though the Doctor banned her from taking Ambien, she would steal his on occasion.
My roommate swears that while we were moving, I started sleepwalking. Or, rather "sleep-packing". Apparently I packed the bathroom the first night, and the second night, I packed half of the kitchen.
Although not as bad as these things the sleepwalking people have done I as a kid used to sleep walk all the time. My mum eventually told me I slept walked and I used to turn on all the lights in the house then go back to bed. She told me she waited until I returned back to bed and then she went around the house to turn the lights back off .. Of course I never remembered any of it.
Since I've finally gotten to a place in my life where I'm extremely grateful for all I have, and I'm content with my minimalist life, i no longer kick, punch, elbow, or yell in my sleep. I still talk and laugh sometimes, but not very often. I don't know if I have ever sleep walked through. If I have nobody told me. The story about the man who drowned his wife; if I remember correctly there was a whole lot more to the story. And ultimately drs decided that the man couldn't possibly have done everything that he did do and not wake up while doing the things. I believe he had also stabbed her and hid the knife or screwdriver in the pool filter, for instance.
it falls under night terrors... the body has no sleep paralysis and acts out the dream. Many sufferers of PTSD have these issues. I'm married to one. The lady that ate every night was given Ambien to sleep. It has been found that Ambien can let patients act out and sleep walk, doing things they are unaware of. I"ve seen this as a nurse in patients.
2:05 - 3:30: what I want to know is, did that poor woman's vagina survive or not? After "months and months" of sleeping with complete strangers while asleep, wouldn't she be at the highest risk of STDs?!
Once when l sleep walked, I walked to the couch and back and even had a full conversation with my uncle and grandma before heading back, my uncle told me the next morning
Yes, I have. My mom told a few stories about when I was young and I slept almost slept walk out the front door. Getting out of bed in the middle of the night to watch TV.. I'm sure more times but I don't remember. It stopped for a while then it came back in my adulthood. I did eat licorice one night. Another night I got up to make a sandwich. How I know is when I got up in the morning I had pulled lunch meat and cheese out of its package and I set it on the counter. I put maynaise on bread and left the bread on the counter. I left the maynaise out along with everything and went to bed. Another time I got starburst of mine and made what looked like a train with them. Another time I woke up wearing something totally different than what I went to bed with. This only the Insidious that I'm aware of.
so sad for the person who murdered while they sleep walk...why can"t the court(authority)accept of what they said or what they have done...it"s not there fault they didn"t wish for that to happen eg:-killing their love ones while they were asleep/sleep walking
My little sister had really bad sleep walking. I stayed up many a night making sure that she didn’t grab the car keys and drive off in the night. I don’t know what I did to get her to close her eyes and sleep but that was so terrifying to know that if I went to hang out with some friends that particular summer what would have happened to her.
So my moms freind was over and I say she is my second mom bc she treats me like her kid! And at this time I did not wear pjs so I had sleep walked down to where that where lol I am traumatized by my self
Two sleep walking stories: One.) one time I slept walk past two bathrooms and into my parents’ closet thinking it was the bathroom. My dad never moved so fast in his life. Two.) I have no memory of this at all, but from what my mom told me I slept walk out of my room downstairs and out the front door. My mom the heaviest sleeper woke up once she heard the door open and close. Luckily she acted fast and found me just standing on the front steps. Thankfully I have stopped sleeping walking since but I still have some funny stories to tell.
After taking ambien I woke up and went into my kitchen and it was a disaster. I called my sister and accused her of coming over in the night and cooking in my house! No more ambien for me!
For the first time ever in my entire 40 years of life I have never ever sleepwalk...ed (lol). Woke up one day, house n room completely trashed whole bedroom scattered on the floor and my bed. Parent says "you did it sleepwalking". Have never "sleepwalk...ed" again after that. Um... okay... see... I'm thinking that's not how it works maybe?
How do you "sleep walk" without triping over things? I'd had a very few episodes where my dreams were real in my mind but when I woke things weren't the same I woke facing the wrong way difference from my dream.
Occasionally when all is quiet and the night is in full force; Ever so high pitched gaseous plumes emanate from my backside. At times causing trepidation in my partner! Then upon waking a good swat across my face helps me to realize that I should have utilized a mixture of Gas-ex and Bismuth compound...FRRRrrrrt
I know someone that went to sleep and in their sleep they live in a building and apparently downstairs has a closet and sleepwalking they went in the in the closet and stole a table and she is and this person was not that strong person I woke up to a table and chairs and their apartment amazing isn't it
When I was younger I used to sleep walk and it led to a few boi what the hell boi moments I literally sleep walked out of my room to an old fridge we had opened it and took a piss in the bottom drawer and on a different occasion I took a piss in a small garbage bin I had in my room and on another occasion I got out of bed took a piss on my laptop causing it to break all these I was told by my parents after I woke up the day after
Great stories man. A bunch of nut-jobs . Throw the keys away. That will stop them sleep walking . Absolutely amazing videos mate. I’m looking forward to seeing your next stories..👏👏👏👏..P

I sleep eat, read and write, and walk. It's led to a few wtf moments. It was only creepy finding out I'd been outside the house.

Hello, thx for this type of video
hi
As a kid I got up in my sleep to go pee and went to pee in the coat closet.
Dang healthcare workers shifts can be brutal. I hope you're doing better now with your sleep schedule
It depends, what's going on with you and if you willing to get at least one person to help, trained preferred. I got mine to stop
@@daniellebibona1503 that would b awesome... ive even lost friends over it fist fighting with them for no reason n no one can tell im not actually awake
@@queeng5925 for me I was abused and kept trying to escape it. You need go over past and when this started to figure out the root of the issues and make Them stop
@@daniellebibona1503 it could b anything with me... from an armed holdup @ work to spousal abuse or several rapes
@@queeng5925 My experience is that's with what you are doing and saying I believe it was spousal abuse. If it's still going on the address the problems with someone you trust and prefer professional
I ONCE WAS SLEEP WALKING AND I ATE 3 DOZENS OF DOUGHN... OH NO WAIT I WAS AWAKE WHEN I ATE ALL THOSE BEAR CLAWS!!!
Can you cover "When Sleepwalking Goes Wrong......Part Deux?"
When people who have sleepwalking issues then a partner takes advantage and kills someone then blames the person who sleepwalks thinking they'd get away with it?
Yes! It's interesting
Wow... I hope someone does find out more about that case and at least posts something here so we can look it up!
Yeah I suffer from insomnia n asthma,my snoring keeps waking me up so I mostly only get 3 hours sleep if I'm lucky, sometimes I can go straight back to sleep other times it takes a while
When you get caught cheating ... “ I was sleep walking!!!”
Frrr
That's a new one. Put that in the excuse box. Lmao
However I also keep Myself and My dreams and thoughts in check as much as I can and set up boundaries to be as safe as possible, some are not as fortunate and even Myself if I were to have a dream that I did that- I would as do with all my dreams and experiences {both in the awakened state and when not}
It could even be something in the background say on the t.v and feel asleep and a crime show came on-
it could be something that is not even remotely related but when You awake that it how it was projected to You. So many variables. I hope everyone stays safe- My mom is a prevalent sleep walker. Best thing for us personally was setting up boundaries (even pillows *I litterally have to barricade Myself in* whatever works) 🙃
and to Celina Spooky Boo- Thank You for being YOU stay safe much love to all!!!✨
I have driven long distances home on multiple occasions, while asleep. Thank God I've always arrived home without incident. Alcohol was definitely a factor. No memory of the drives home!
You ding ding that's a black out. There is a big difference. 😆 😆 😆 😆 Still not good though.

1:29 play primer 55 get loose..... perfect pairing.
Dis some crazy shit
This also began happening to me a year and a half ago as well. Medication used to help shut down the mind some to be able to sleep. I started what my family called my nightly escapades. I flooded out our house an pulled the stove apart to clean it. That was the last straw. Now I just don’t sleep much. Because I can’t without meds but if I take them I sleep walk
I don’t believe the last guy because how can you tell the traffic lights in your sleep, plus he was proven guilty of fraud
Drove?!

Im thankful and glad I haven't hurt myself.
This is scary. I've been sleep walking since I was a child...
2:05 - 3:30: what I want to know is, did that poor woman's vagina survive or not? After "months and months" of sleeping with complete strangers while asleep, wouldn't she be at the highest risk of STDs?!
My weirdest episode was I was sleeping over my friend house and I live 3 hours away from walking and some how I did not get hurt
Once when l sleep walked, I walked to the couch and back and even had a full conversation with my uncle and grandma before heading back, my uncle told me the next morning
I have been sleep walking myself for about 5yrs now
Yes, I have.
@@Fungigi i think it will be scared because i have never seen a sleep wake in my whole life i wish and hope your sister gets better...
So my moms freind was over and I say she is my second mom bc she treats me like her kid! And at this time I did not wear pjs so I had sleep walked down to where that where lol I am traumatized by my self

That one girl was feeling on that doll while asleeping.. imagine what she would do if the doll was real and she was awake..
That is terible
Two sleep walking stories: One.) one time I slept walk past two bathrooms and into my parents’ closet thinking it was the bathroom. My dad never moved so fast in his life. Two.) I have no memory of this at all, but from what my mom told me I slept walk out of my room downstairs and out the front door. My mom the heaviest sleeper woke up once she heard the door open and close. Luckily she acted fast and found me just standing on the front steps. Thankfully I have stopped sleeping walking since but I still have some funny stories to tell.
She sleeping with other men and blaming it on sleep walking? That broad would of been out the Door with her things real quick.
After taking ambien I woke up and went into my kitchen and it was a disaster. I called my sister and accused her of coming over in the night and cooking in my house! No more ambien for me!
I'm minutes late? Cool!!
If u sleep, do i still benefit from the sleep, and dont be tired in the morning?
Ha funny and yeah if you aren't worried about what they May do ☺️
If *I* sleep, *U* definitely don't benefit from it and may be tired in the morning. Are you sure that you are using your pronouns correctly?
Sorry smart ass, im from Denmark, bur im sure you know what i meant...
Its said that sleepwalkers do wake up feeling exhausted...
I went to my school bus stop in my underwear 2 times and woke up under the street light just before the other kids came to the bus stop 👍
I did sleep walking when I was 16 I was playing basketball in the middle of winter but I don't do it now
For the first time ever in my entire 40 years of life I have never ever sleepwalk...ed (lol). Woke up one day, house n room completely trashed whole bedroom scattered on the floor and my bed. Parent says "you did it sleepwalking". Have never "sleepwalk...ed" again after that. Um... okay... see... I'm thinking that's not how it works maybe?
How dangerous is sleep walking....very.

I use to smoke cigarettes while asleep and try talking to my dad lol I quit smoking 9years ago
