Overall, it’s mostly down to preference.
FYI, shots like that are actually timed left to right and vice versa. O's (aka: Ought's) fire tenth's of seconds before 1's then 1.5's, etc. What your seeing is the O's firing and the shock wave heads towards the 1's then they fire sending the shock back towards the O's...this double whammy breaks the rock up into smaller pieces which in turn makes it faster for the dozers to spread it out/level/grade, etc. (Pro Tip: Dozers bill by the hour and aren't cheap)

That Tesla doorhandles are not only a problem when they are frozen. They are very unergonomic. When I carry things and have the hands full, one finger is enough to open other doors, but not for Tesla. And worst of all: they are dangerous. After an accident with deformed body frame, the person who comes first to rescue the driver, has big problems to open the door. With a normal door handle, it is possible to pust with full possible force by holding a handle with 4 fingers in parallel to the door and using the right knee at the cars side. With that door handle, there is much less force, because it is too thin and not parallel to the car when in open position. It saves some energy while driving compared to regular door handles, butt these 5 km of extra Range are not worth to sit in a death trap.
Even with nothing in your hands it is anoying AF to open a Tesla door. You need two actions to open the handle while in any other car there is only one action involved.

I was down in Texas and they were building skyscrapers. They were only 2 or 3 inches tall, but they were everywhere, and for ants, that's pretty big. It was like a city.
Nothing. Since the nozzle that also needs to be turned on is at the end of the hose aka in the tornado. They have to turn the water on in their cars to get water into the hose, and then they turn on the nozzle at the end, if the nozzle at the end wasnt opened before it got yoinked by the tornado, unlikely as they arent exactly loose and they are generall kept off when put away/taken out, so that the water doesnt just randomly come shooting out when the water is turned on but instead, they can for example, pressurize the hose before entering say burning apartment and then start spraying water the second they get the door open, instead of having to either blast it everywhere while their team mate is dealing with the door getting drenched while at it or having to wait for the water to reach the end after opening it. Most of the gear in the truck is kept as ready as possible to use, but not so ready that they can cause accident by for example having the nozzle open and blasting their mates neck with few bars of pressure, trust me, it wont feel like refreshing shower. But lets say for sake for argument it was opened and all they had to do was turn on the water at their trucks and it started, what would happen, well one of 3 things would likely happen, 1: Nothing and the hose would just become harder to pull back due to now being more rigrid resulting in them being unable to pull it back even more 2: It would start moving all around with not control, potentially leaving the tornadoes pull and becoming basically out of control blunt object/rocket and hit someone before they managed to turn water off 3: Same as 2, except they turned the water off before it hit someone. So not really good idea, best plan is to just get us much muscle on the hose and pull it back, or if unable to pull it back, grab another one and just make sure that one doesnt come loose and start flying out, cuz those connectors at the end arent soft or exaclty something so light it wouldnt hurt/do much if it say hit you or someone/thing else
There's a risk that the thrust from the water would cause the hose to whip around. Fire hoses can whip around hard enough to kill someone instantly if hit. In normal use, a man always stands by the valve to shut off the water quickly if the hose gets loose.

That Tesla doorhandles are not only a problem when they are frozen. They are very unergonomic. When I carry things and have the hands full, one finger is enough to open other doors, but not for Tesla. And worst of all: they are dangerous. After an accident with deformed body frame, the person who comes first to rescue the driver, has big problems to open the door. With a normal door handle, it is possible to pust with full possible force by holding a handle with 4 fingers in parallel to the door and using the right knee at the cars side. With that door handle, there is much less force, because it is too thin and not parallel to the car when in open position. It saves some energy while driving compared to regular door handles, butt these 5 km of extra Range are not worth to sit in a death trap.

Even with nothing in your hands it is anoying AF to open a Tesla door. You need two actions to open the handle while in any other car there is only one action involved.

Nothing. Since the nozzle that also needs to be turned on is at the end of the hose aka in the tornado. They have to turn the water on in their cars to get water into the hose, and then they turn on the nozzle at the end, if the nozzle at the end wasnt opened before it got yoinked by the tornado, unlikely as they arent exactly loose and they are generall kept off when put away/taken out, so that the water doesnt just randomly come shooting out when the water is turned on but instead, they can for example, pressurize the hose before entering say burning apartment and then start spraying water the second they get the door open, instead of having to either blast it everywhere while their team mate is dealing with the door getting drenched while at it or having to wait for the water to reach the end after opening it. Most of the gear in the truck is kept as ready as possible to use, but not so ready that they can cause accident by for example having the nozzle open and blasting their mates neck with few bars of pressure, trust me, it wont feel like refreshing shower.
But lets say for sake for argument it was opened and all they had to do was turn on the water at their trucks and it started, what would happen, well one of 3 things would likely happen, 1: Nothing and the hose would just become harder to pull back due to now being more rigrid resulting in them being unable to pull it back even more 2: It would start moving all around with not control, potentially leaving the tornadoes pull and becoming basically out of control blunt object/rocket and hit someone before they managed to turn water off 3: Same as 2, except they turned the water off before it hit someone.
So not really good idea, best plan is to just get us much muscle on the hose and pull it back, or if unable to pull it back, grab another one and just make sure that one doesnt come loose and start flying out, cuz those connectors at the end arent soft or exaclty something so light it wouldnt hurt/do much if it say hit you or someone/thing else
There's a risk that the thrust from the water would cause the hose to whip around. Fire hoses can whip around hard enough to kill someone instantly if hit. In normal use, a man always stands by the valve to shut off the water quickly if the hose gets loose.

And two, at low pressure it would be doing nothing, if the pull of the tornado is enough to make 2 men pulling it not enough, low pressure drip will change fck all about where it is, meaning they would likely have to run it at higher pressure to get any noticeable backwards moment to it from the water, otherwise it would in fact only make it harder as the hose is far easier to manage when its empty of it, not filled with water
