Seeing all the early _Frozen_ concept arts and even the deleted scene where Elsa was originally the villain, let alone donning a black hair, is such a missed opportunity that the movie could've been stay faithful to Hans Christian Anderson's tale.

I would love to see your version of Ana as a villain. In a world where Elsa became de queen in the beginning of the film and kept Ana alone in the castle like it used to be. Ana rebels against the queen and becomes the villain

This is such a cool idea, but unfortunately it was discarded from the original film. In my opinion, it would be much better if it were like this. Besides, Elza's old concept arts are beautiful, you managed to capture it perfectly! I found all the versions you made very elegant and beautiful!

I love the dress and the staff of the first design, the fabric and "antlers" on the third and the hands and headpiece of the second one the most! Each are cool in their own way and similar to the old original concepts the animators had for elsa.
