    Nice video. My 2020 GT Is on the lift and covered up while we wait out the winter here in Rockford, Illinois. Won't be long now. I'm going to get the shift assist installed first thing in the spring. I love my Rocket 3 GT. Stay safe out there.

      Thank you Terry, I cannot stop riding my rocket in winter but not in below 1 degree, the shift assist is totally awesome and it was definitely worth the wait, I ordered an screen for mine because to did enjoyed the GT screen for wind protection.

    Lovley machine triumph made! Love the matte black finish on the paint to. Is there a exhuast available on market. Its a bit quiet? You could use a heat gun to stick the tank pad back on?

      Unfortunately, Triumph do not have an exhaust as optional extra, but there are aftermarket ones available, I really want to hear them for myself before committing. Yeah good call on the heat gun, knowing me I probably burn the matt paint away lol

    Hey buddy hope you’re well 👍🏻 these are a beast of a bike. Looks great in all black 🖤 riding with a quickshifter is so nicer than the old school way imo im guessing it’s just for up shifting?

      definitely it's a beast of a bike, to my surprise the quick shifter is the whole works, up/down and rev match too 😀

    How about the regular maintenance ? How much does it cost for the 600 mile service ?

    • @TheEarlster
      @TheEarlster  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cost me £103 as per the video and next maintenance would be double plus Labour charges,

    I had a quick shifter put on my GT. It seemed fine at first but I recently had the foot position changed to mid and something doesn’t feel quite right. Like the shifter feels a little like it clunks into gear when changing or slaps and there feels like something is rubbing slightly. Also when I go next to the bike and hold the shifter it has a little wobble to it; are you experiencing this?

    • @TheEarlster
      @TheEarlster  ปีที่แล้ว

      Definitely not, that don't seem right to me, the quick shifter should be as smooth as butter with no rubbing slightly, as long as you are at the right RPM.

      @@TheEarlster Sadly not :( they had 2 people ride it and said it was normal so it must just be me. I swear it didn’t feel like it clunks into gear in the other position like it felt smooth as anything. But maybe it’s my issue.

      @@NeoDK That's a shame, I was thinking could you take out one of they test bike, same model and check if it's doing the same. Might put your mind at ease

    Would you say this is the most fun bike you have on the road ?

    • @TheEarlster
      @TheEarlster  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would be lying if I say yes, with that said on the move and riding on country lanes definitely, but as soon as you hit our busy traffic it definitely not so fun.
