Thanks to SRT for doing the build, the scooter is ballistic 90 mph with crazy acceleration. 25.25 bhp from a 50cc probably the fastest ped in the country! Shiny has been very helpful from start to finish and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services!
shock extender is probably there to improve room for carb and air filter, also raise the rear end to help prevent back wheel antics, but u must admit, looks like it can potentially fold on itself
The ignition has now been changed to Malossi MHR which doesnt run the lights or charge the battery. The scooter is left on a very small trickle charge to keep the battery topped up. The lighting is on a seperate switch and is powered directly from the battery. Its o.k until you want to go for any real distance in the dark!! I have now also has a larger motocross raditor fitted to help with cooling.
Chrissy G On Cars & Bikes ik its pretty late but actually a yamaha aerox rad is probably the best not terribly expensive solution out there. Even a highend like that would get to about 70°c max load.
Hi Nadas, yes still going good. I havent really done many miles with the weather being bad here in the North. The real test will be if it gets through the summer as it will certainly get some abuse then. Lets face it your want reliablity you go four stroke!
Love that engine, i once tuned an old runner with s6r70cc and yasuni c16 21mm etc, Orginal ignition, Ran sooooo f'in good, and fast as hell too.
im impressed with the s6 Sport pro mkii + Yasuni c16

thanks Chris ;)

Please remove the shock extender in the rear. It is really dangerous especially with such horsepower.

No 50cc here..stage 6- 95cc r/t

95cc kit with stock ignition so he can also drive in the dark that sick
no way, you can run a 95cc without race iginition.
+Android 17 watch the entire video, than comment aigan
+MrCobra again*
MrCobra
He is using a battery, he directly connected his wires to the battery. And a stock ignition won't even make these RPM's.
don't be stupid , its a totally stock ignition and it is making the revs as the video clearly shows

nice videos keep up the good work :)
Ciao bisogna mettere la pompa elettrica o meccanica ? Grazie
@shiny red did you have to open up the engine case to fit the cylinder? If yes could you upload a video please.. Thank you
Yes the cases were opened out by milling the cases I don't have a video of me doing it sorry
got the same bike in red Taylor racing panels also a 95cc malossi built
What crank shaft could you leave a link if possible?
@shiny red how much did this all cost well the parts we all know runners are pricey
What's top speed with 2g rollers? I have 4.7g and mine has problems hitting 8k rpms in the beginning. But my top speed is 60mph
Hi on this engine build with standard ignition how much did you spend?
In fact how much would you charge for that Engian I have a new shape runner 62 plate if I sent my Engian to you and paid you for the parts and labour
What about breaking the engine in is that done before you put the runner on the dyno
yes a few heat cycles first Robbin
Sweet
Isn't 24mm a bit small to 95cc?
One last thing.. Did you change the ignition? And does the light and other electric stuff works?
+OrangeCity Scott'sHead no i didnt change the ignition it is still running standard ignition in this video
hey, i was wondering how's the engine going now?

my new engine 94cc 4 stroke
+Antwon Thompson I bet you don't even get half the HP without forced induction.
Lol like 10hp
Wow that's big power for a 95cc scooter. Guessing it's still legally a 30mph 50cc moped ... ha ha
impressive but i will change the stock ignition.
Doki Bubó Malossi MHR rotor ingnition, coil and cdi being fitted as we speak!
Christopher Grier Ignition sorry poor spelling!
