Appreciate you sharing this, this is perfect for me and my wife during lockdown considering it's been extended for another 3 weeks in the UK. Looking forward to more videos, need to stay fit! :)
I had almost given working out during this quarantine period and gained 2 Kgs in like no time. I was missing my Gym routines but this seems to be amazing to keep my self fit without any need of gym equipments.
Thankful for videos like this for all of us stuck inside currently. These workouts will be more than enough to get me through til the gyms are open again.
It is a greats idea. Stay home doing exercise This is great for me as I'm gaining weight and need to become more active. thank you for sharing. Lovely illustration.
no equipment quarantine workout is a wise choice in this unknown time , specially for really isolated people , comprehensive wel l selected exercises that strengthens the whole body in 30mins is truly possible.
I'm so glad you made this video! Being self-quarantined has been tough because I can't get out to the gym and don't have any equipment at home. I had no idea you could do an awesome full body workout like this without equipment. I can't wait to try it tomorrow morning! Thanks.
My UK gym is great posting x3 workouts per day, or yoga or Zumba. Your vids are a good add on, love the pooch! Can’t wait for all the gym equipment though!
Thanks for the inspiration and practicality. I've been down on myself for not being able to go to the gym during quarantine. I'll definitely be encouraging my wife and kids to do these workouts with me at home. Looking forward to your future videos!
I've been reminding my family and friends that during these times they need to exercise a bit, great video that reminded me of some home workouts I myself forgot about, will definitely recommend.
Very informative and well explained tutorial about full body at home workout with no equipment. I have learned a lot from it. Thanks for your clear explanation.
Sorry Dr. A. I missed the super YTW's looking at your adorable puppy wanting to play😅Thank you for the great workout. I just finished Apex10 so I'll leave this for another day🙂
Great workout... I would have to look for what would be adjustments for the exercises that are heavy on the wrists as I have injuries and cannot bear my weight on them.

Hi Cyndy, thanks for writing in and great question! A good warm-up combines a few different elements. First, we'd like to get your heart-rate up and perhaps break a light sweat. Doing something like 5min of a light jog, jumping jacks, or jump roping can help get your body ready for more. Second, focusing on some dynamic/mobility work can prime your joints/muscles for your main workout. These include movements such as arm circles, air squats, leg swings, deep lunge stretches, etc. Combining these two elements for a 5-10min warm-up will help your workout be more effective, while also helping prevent injury to keep you blasting away calories at an efficient clip! -The FMP Team
Question so doing the woman over 50 workout 3x a week slowly increase weights and other days doing yoga I would like to add in the no equipment into my weight lift day would this be too much with the weights or should I just take away one weight day and do the no equipment day only once ?
Hey Kathy, thanks for writing in and great question! We recommend giving yourself a day in between any resistance training (weights or no weights) to help let your body rest and heal. You are actually still burning calories during this day as your body is using calories to help heal and build up your lean tissue. So I would leave your weight and body-weight days separate, in terms of your resistance work. If you have energy left over from either routine, I would focus on increasing your intensity for your existing workout, before adding in a second. I do love how well-rounded your week is so hopefully it works out for you! -The FMP Team
