Took salsa classes, yoga & kick boxing (in the 90s) and learned the importance of stretching! I stretch every morning & stretch for 15 minutes after a workout (avoids any post workout soreness) in addition, THIS 62 year is lady still salsa dances & can do the splits (learned in Muay ThaiKickboxing class)! How do you get sunlight in Scotland during the winter 😢. As an Indian used to the sunlight and having a gooo circadian rhythm, spending the second winter in Scotland.. it’s driving me crazy. Even though I force myself to get up by 7.30-7.45 I continue to feel sleepy..till afternoon
How do you adjust your workouts when you do a 3 day water fast... or do you sit out "real" workouts during that time and just do low intensity activities instead? I'd love to hear what that looks like for you during times of fasting. Thank you!
