I've been training for 2 consecutive weeks after taking 8 months off from the gym and I'm already seeing better results than my previous routines. For a slim guy myself, i started training legs and i gained weight much quicker. It was amazing. Yes my legs grew and also my upper body gained through continuous training on my legs along upper body.

Hey Jeff, the only reason to make an account here on youtube, was to give you credit for the insane content provided for the fitness sector. I was just forced to thank you regarding the amazing work put in all of your videos.
