I think i must of miss the lake view 😅 no pool ? Believe me you are gonna want that pool in the summer and does the house hace central AC ? Or any AC at all?
Hi thanks for watching. Evidently you're not familiar with our climate. It's now mid-August, about 4pm, and the temp is 73 degrees Fahrenheit, 23 Celsius. Our summertime temperatures are very pleasant, A lot of people with beach homes in México spend the summer's here in the Lake Chapala area to get away from the heat. None of the hone here have central AC, or heat I've lived here ten years happily without air conditioning. The owners of this home have lived there for nineteen years without air conditioning.
There is certainly room to add a pool if anyone wanted to. And unfortunately, the day the video was made. The lakeview was hazy and obscured. I just took photos of the view, If you're interested , I would be happy to send them to you
@@LakeChapalaLife2024 thank you I love this house! I just sold my house in Merida so I am familiar with MX real estate hoops. How close are the grocery stores? Also, is there any HOA fees for this area?
I Actually live in the subdivision. Soriana in Chapala is 3 minutes by car. The HOA IS 1300 monthly, and includes water, 24 hour guard and trash pick up d@janicemerchant-blakely4866
@@LakeChapalaLife2024 1300 pesos correct😀 is it an HOA that gives people a lot of grief if I were to put a pool in as far as noise ect. HOA have a bad name in Florida where I am currently living. I am a permanent resident of Mexico just got tired of Mérida. HOA scare me if they are people who are board and tell you what kind of car you can have and how long your grass can be. Just one of my concern. Love the house!
Buenas noches, hermosa propiedad bonita construcción.desde CDMX un fuerte abrazo saludos
This house and gorgeous property look like places you feel good in.
@Renee60722 thank you, and you are right. The current owners have loved and enjoyed living here for the past 19 years

Does this include furnishings?
Most of them, yes. Depending on the offer, of course
Is there any problem in putting in a pool?
None at all. And there is plenty of room for one.
