Fellow father and RE media business owner here! Stan hit the nail on the head. He struck while the iron was hot! Unfortunately I decided to launch my business at the same time mine was born 😅 but we all have a different story and path to travel! Hoping to be in a similar position as Stan in 2025 if not this winter 😎 thanks for another great episode Eli. These videos are so inspiring!

Great interview! I am 20 months into my Real Estate Media business and I average 15 jobs a month. August I did 25 and I am ending September at 20. My clients come from association meetings/ sponsorships, visiting brokerages, Social Media posts, website, and referrals.

I know you recommend the Canon m50 but I found a cheaper Canon....the T3 Rebel DSLR..is this a good find for someone on a budget?

save your money and get something better. when starting out I would NOT buy new. buy used and get a good camera body and great lenses.

@@carlosc2250 I would still pass. The body really doesn't matter much but I have experience with that camera and you can find better. OR get it and spend the majorly of your money on glass (lenses)
