Sir Lewis is the F1 G.O.A.T.! The best to ever do it, a true champion, gentleman, and beautiful personality. It is an honour to be alive to witness his greatness! A legend.

Maybe, but sadly Hamilton is a loner, and doesn't have any bond or friend in one of the other drivers.

@@connys5567 That's wrong. He is friends with Seb, Valtteri, Lando, Charles, Pierre, Daniel, Sergio and is in good relations with all of the grid to varying degrees, even with rookie Schumacher, Alonso and Max.

@M she is so naïve . Its the other drivers who say Hamilton doesn't have a friendship/ bond with them,

What gets me about the hate Hamilton always gets is the accusation that he only wins because of the car. Let's keep in mind he nearly won in his rookie year, won the next year. He got criticized for joining Mercedes and was told it was a mistake and he wouldn't win again.
Yet they ignore the obvious, Let's assume that Mercedes has the best car, the best organization and the deepest pockets. It would mean that they would try to get the best driver as well and everyone of the current drivers would give their right arm to drive that Mercedes. Yet they are willing to pay Hamilton a salary far greater than anyone else, if anyone could win with their car why not get someone less controversial but a competent driver? Even though Bottas a totally good driver has not won. They forget that Hamilton has dominated the sport at every level since carting?
Let's be honest here, the opposition to Hamilton is either based on race or his politics and lifestyle. Which is funny because most that say that they don't like him because he brings politics to the sport poo poo his racing skill because they don't like his politics. The irony completely lost on them .

I have realised with Abu Dhabi how deep the hate goes, it's subtle but it's there in all its guises. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent and that is Lewis Hamilton and they hate him for it.

Toto and Sir Lewis along with the late great Sir Niki Lauda where a match made in heaven and you can bet next season the 2022 will win his 8th F1 World Championship as will Toto and they truly respect one another and as I said a match made in heaven.

The reason Max had cars between himself and Lewis is firstly because he was not fast enough to keep up with Lewis. It is part of the racing competitive process, otherwise why not do races with only 2 cars racing at a time. It is part of the penalty of not being fast enough, just as the penalty of having a disorganised defence in football is to concede goals. If your disorganised team concedes 5 goals, but then they are awarded five goals to help them get closer to the team defeating them, to make the game competitive, the point of the team leading scoring goals becomes pointless and the game becomes pointless. Hamilton driving out of his skin to leave Max as far behind as possible became pointless the minute Max was allowed to pass the cars in front of him and get side by side with Lewis. All his hard work and skill became pointless because a director was allowed to freely take it all away. With this going on in the football game example, there is no reason for the disorganised defence to get better or learn anything if they believe a competitive game took place having been awarded 5 goals they did not score. Much as Max must have learnt nothing if he believes a competitive race took place when in truth he was easily out done by Hamilton who left him far behind and delivered everything necessary to win the championship, before Masi interfered with race and by doing so, in effect brought the race to an end. Just as giving the losing team five goals they did not score ends the real game of football and replaced it with a children's playground farce. The second reason Max had cars between himself and Lewis was because he chose to get fresh tires and knew the risk. If others knew that if they were to get fresh tires and move back in the pecking order or find cars ahead of them they that stayed on the track they would the be allowed to pass those cars that were ahead of them when they got back on the track, they all would have gone of to get fresh tires including Lewis Hamilton. Why Max, Horner , the FIA and Masi think this should all be different for Max if he goes of track to get fresh tires is beyond anybody with any sense or understanding of what constitutes a race, let alone a fair race, and is something Masi, and the FIA or FIA president if they support him, have to explain.

People hate on him because 1. He's half black. 2. Stands up for people on the left whereas most f1 personalities are right leaning. 3. He's successful and has made very very impressive decisions. 4. He's consistent. These are the reasons why these haters can't stand him. They can all pound sand. His records are cemented in history as the most successful and decorated champion in the sport 💪🏽

Let's not forget their 2020 winning car. Toto said it was Lewis who suggested putting the car in a setup they didnt want pre testing and that setup unlocked the potential of the car so yes it's a fast car but Lewis works with the engineers and mechanics and help contribute to that fast car he drives PLUS not everyone who has a fast car knows how to drive it. Driving is more than just driving fast, its about tyre management, knowing where to position your car, knowing how to take a corner at those high speeds. Have some respect for talent especially when you have no idea what it takes to be an F1 driver.
