I just sat in awe watching those two big dawgs in the C-suite just spit game for free about intricacies of leading and fine-tuning high performing teams in just 20mins short of goodness.
The YT editor could’ve done away with the wonky piano overlay though, at times I had to replay certain parts of the video because the notes overlapped some words they were saying.
All the same, Toto Wolff needs to write a book on leadership inside and outside the F1 madness circuit; I’d pay my hard earned Naira 🇳🇬 for it.

The music in the background is SO unnecessary. It truly ruins the video. You have a brilliant man trying to explain some important concepts and a piano slamming over his voice. Who made the choice to install this repetitive and annoying music? Please remove and re-upload.

The editor of this video just tried too hard and the result is less than satisfactory. He completely ruined it with inappropriate choice and volume of music. Toto is a a star as usual, but this editing... What a car crash!
