So you Need a Dynamic off balance hard push , and notice that its not even Just a down push because you have to pass a certain point (flat pedal) to make It start the next Revolution, the most difficult part Is that you got lot of inertia near that point and up. Is for this reason that i was suggesting for beginners (i am too) to start from One foot idle , each side (activating the front knee to stop Before putting foot on cranks)then trasfering potential Energy from hips to opposite arm to counter balance and push forward Whit opposite arm when doing the First step of One foot riding
Its cool that you have show a position of your body where your one foot riding feet its having contact whit only the front part of the feet , plus you extended the other to dynamically offset the internal balance of the body ....
