Jay 4 years ago I had a deep calf muscle pain after a good leg day. Trained the next two days and iced, heat and massaged. Next day (Easter Saturday) was leg day again at Gold's. Buddy saw me rubbing my calf before starting my workout. He told me that his Doc told him if it hurt deep like that it could be a DVT. Thought about it for a minute, put my clothes on, drove across the highway to the ER. He was right. I had a DVT (blood clot). Check it out.
Mr. Chill, you make life look easy. We need someone like that. They used to say that of Bing Crosby years ago. He could sing, act, sell records and movies and made it all look easy. Even when he died, he made it look easy. No long illness, no hospitals, just quick heart attack on a lovely golf course.

Last week I didn't do really heavy calve raises (just to take a week off, not to see if it caused the pain, because I thought it was just from running) and the pain wasn't there. I even ran a lot harder than the week before. I also put cold water on my calves more often that week to help.
Motivation for the gym environment can be hard to get at times if you train allot..to combat this I like to train in the park atleast once a week doing bodyweight workouts..dips chins squats etc to supersets of higher reps trying to get say 100 reps per upper body exercise..three times that for lower..
I really understand why Jay Cutler trains at Kilo club! to be able to train alone, is very nice when everyone wants a picture.also the equipment is available. i hope Dave get in some work there also...

Listing each meal 1, 2, 3 etc. Ie: "the most important thing in bodybuilding is your foundation. I was fortunate to have a great lean gaining meal plan when I started and this is it!"
I had an issue with metabolic nutrition esp they raise it 750 grams of caffine well I took it the morning to workout after a night shift and I slept 10 hours like it was another day and took it again after I woke up for work again and it made me real real sick. But again I never made a mistake like that it was because it felt like a new day to me cuz I slept my hours were different from night shift. I’ve don’t 400 mg twice a day before but my tolerance was high. But I never purposely would do 750 mg twice a day. Learned my lesson never took it again.
Im 36, a lifetime natty, and i personally dont see any need for lifting over 310 on heavy compound movements considering i do more hypertrophy based training and i shoot more for reps and mobility because of having arthritis at such a young age, and i was born with arthritis in my hips, so I definitely understand not lifting for weight and if you're lifting with good form and technique, (time under tension) anyone can get strong with 80- 310 lb. lifts
I have a question for you I've seen nobody touch on. Ok on chest day after my workout out only the out side are of me pecs near my arm pits are the only parts that get sore. Should that be the case or shiukd the whole muscle get sore
How come most people don't get it right, including 4 times Mr Olympia that there is no best time to take creatine and there's no loading phase required. And 3 to 5 grams, that's all you need, so 10 g is a waste.

Yeah your original pre workout made me break out in sweats like bad bad , I couldn't see got blurred vision made it to work, my boss was like what's wrong with you I couldn't see my clothes were soaked he had a ems guy check my blood pressure and another guy drive me home, I had to change clothes like 3 times that morning haha I gave all the samples to my gym buddy and he did the same and gave it to his friends to mess with them too we all thought we were dying oh and I couldn't stop slobbering on myself.
