Dude, I love watching your videos. I am trying to decide what glove to get, I am heavily considering the Kris Bryant 12.25” third base Rawlings Pro Preferred.
In that specific price range a 44 signature series is the best leather you could buy, that or you look on eBay and places like that for a glove in your price range. I’d suggest getting a Rawlings heart of the hide or a Wilson a2000 if you didn’t want a 44. But if you didn’t know 44’s are fully custom which is pretty sick
It’s not terrible but it’s not professional quality, for example you would practically never see a college catcher using it. But some people like the softer leather. It’ll work great if you aren’t catching anyone who throws 95 haha
Chris Bangert true. I played in 90’s and Wilson A2000 was pretty much the best by far but there are many other good choices now. The modern glove however owes alot to the A2000. Without that glove these others likely wouldn’t have came about.

They hold the laces, it’s sorta for looks as well but they are called “glove locks”
