50 years ago, one could see all of Castle Rock from I-25. There was only one traffic light and the population was only 1900.
Occasionally, people would ride their horses to the Douglas County courthouse.
The Douglas County population was 11750.
I-25 had sparse traffic and there was all that beautiful open space

Hello Sam thank you for the comment. I remember driving down to family in the springs how small and dark Castle Rock was. Crazy how much it’s grown since!

Yeah that’s normal, when I was a kid and we went skiing in Vail it would take 5 hours to drive from Castle Rock to Vail on the weekend

Thank you for your comment. Yes same here I always remember there being traffic going to the slopes growing up, just nothing like it is now!

Traffic? Have you lived anywhere else?

We are told often we don’t know what traffic is, as a 5th gen native to Colorado traffic has gotten much worse these last 10-15 years.

@@ColoradoLife4uI’m going to assume that there aren’t many of those illegal migrants living in Castle Rock and the surrounding areas because it’s expensive for them to live in?

Hello Greg thank you for the comment. Haha good catch, we went back after the fact to pick everything up. We’ve been helping many clients into Castle Rock all of which love the city!

Biggest PRO, it doesn’t smell like rotting human waste like DT Denver!

Thank you for watching, I mean most big cities have a smell but do you think denver really stinks that bad?

@@ColoradoLife4u I have been all over the USA and lived on both coast…not even NYC Smells as bad as Denver. Leftist have ruined Denver and they are a cancer in Colorado.
