idk what you're talking about, but they sound really good live, i've seen them live plenty of times and they never fail to impress. there are many "artists" and bands out there that blow live but ADTR is not one of them
Well you guys will never understand what how big the toll is on Jeremy's voice with touring. And not just him but everyone in this profession. He has to perform his heart out every night and sometimes has to do little gigs like this before that. He's always touring non stop for about two years and that's puts a lot of work on his vocals especially with screaming it's tearing up his throat.
@guitardude112011 yea neil has the tat, but they were all influenced by blink to some degree, just like most people in the genre today. ive seen videos of josh, neil, and alex talking about blink. so at least those three specifically were probably pretty psyched.
They are amazingly live. They are obviously nervous in this video. I saw them live with rise against, and they shut the place down. So don't get caught on this video, because they are really good musicians.
To all the people saying they're bad live... They sound a lot worse because of the mix. Bass and vocals are too loud, and guitars and drums are too quiet. And the vocals on these kinds of shows ALWAYS sound pretty dry and throaty. I'm just saying, it's A LOT different when you're actually in the crowd watching them, so before you go saying how bad a band is live, you should probably see them live first.
Its funny neil has said the band has called their self popcore but really when you think about it there post-hardcore, which is just a liter version of metalcore.
i respectfully disagree. i like the band because of their sound, i love their live sound and their sound on the record, it's all a matter of opinion dude
Those, "whoa"s
You guys are wicked Awesome performing live in a place like this!!!!!!!!! 🔥🤘🏾😝🤘🏾🔥
Jeremy sounds really good live :D
Holy shit Jeremey's screams are just perf and I was fangirling through this whole video!!
Finally a live Tv performance that doesn't make them sound like crap, ADTR deserve so much more than what everyone gives them
just started getting into this band, hard not too with performances like this... note perfect
Neil is so good at screaming that when he screams 'woah!!' you can hear two people ;)
Sounds like it’s not Neil. Is it?
I like when Jeremy has less than studio perfect vocals - it's just more real and definitely not fake. TRUTH
The best performance of this song.
I love the half Southern/half Canadian-sounding accent Floridians tend to have ! :)
I really love this band i ll hope that some day they come to COLOMBIA .
When I saw this on tv, it was the first time I had heard ADTR. Listened to them religiously from 2012-2014. The singer sounds drunk in this vid lol
I like this guy and his bad. AWESOME
I love their customization. They don't try to copy the original recording each performance and make it their own song each time.
This is very raw recording. Please bear that in mind.
and it still sounds amazing!!!
Jeremy is awesomeeeee
Alex Shelnutt is like most awesome drummer ever!
Ho-ly mother of god that was amazing :D
Both Blink and ADTR are amazing!!
@PorcelainChickenPOV yeah man thats true for sure, i would be psyched to meet him!
I don't see anything wrong with this performance. They're fucking amazing! Love my boys 3
man you hot
that fu**ng voice su**s, they good in studio, live they crap
20 bucks i remembered them when is saw him on my tv screen...
It may be the first time, but it won't be the last time..
Mark Hoppus and Jeremy? My two idols in one place?
XD OMFGJSUNDSSJGD.
idk what you're talking about, but they sound really good live, i've seen them live plenty of times and they never fail to impress. there are many "artists" and bands out there that blow live but ADTR is not one of them
I think its the sound set up, he is amazing live these days
im glad kevin sing those notes perfectly
I didnt know they played on Hoppus! :O
Those gang vocals...
they should of played mr. highways thinking about the end
My two favorite bands: Blink && ADTR :)

Wdym he sounds great
holy shit that first "whoa-oh" was intense D:
the OOOOHHHOOO is just epic :o
epic. 'nuff said.
hell yeahh.
Its called a backing track... It's what bands do to add group vocals, synth lines and so on to their live performance
when he does that headbutt thing in the beginning made me laugh so hard XD
It's a harmonizer on a vocal effects pedal.
I hope Neil got to talk to Mark.
How is this 9 years ago
What's the deal with the backing vocals? Are they like overdubbed with sampled "Woooooahhhs"?
I agree completely vvvv
I can feel neil's excitement haha
Bitch please, they are perfect!!
Holy crap his screams sound exactly like Mike Hranicas'!
Those moves he does in the begining 3
i think one guitar is out of tuning..
but wayne!?
awesome :))
and every following one too :D
screams like a god
SOLID FUCKING PERFORMANCE :D
Kevin kicks ass in this video
Haha, I wonder if Neil was a bit nervous, seeing as they're playing for one of the members of his favorite band.
At 2:34 Jeremy is like nailed it(:
Yeah, vocals on a backing track isn't the best but when you're playing for a TV audience i guess it helps fill out the sound quite a lot
@guitardude112011 yea neil has the tat, but they were all influenced by blink to some degree, just like most people in the genre today. ive seen videos of josh, neil, and alex talking about blink. so at least those three specifically were probably pretty psyched.
Jeremy sounds a little awkward singing, those screams were still on point though. Love these guys
They are amazingly live. They are obviously nervous in this video. I saw them live with rise against, and they shut the place down. So don't get caught on this video, because they are really good musicians.
fuck yeah Kevin is kicking that harmonies ass!
1:34 Jeremy does sign of the cross?
anyone else try to click away the HOPPUS ON MUSIC box?
i would say its a backing track
@ssx358 um its called a headbang w/o hair
Damn i bet all of them were trying to perform their best for Mark Hoppus, they are big blink-182 fans, i know i would if i performed next to Mark.
To all the people saying they're bad live... They sound a lot worse because of the mix. Bass and vocals are too loud, and guitars and drums are too quiet. Who else thinks they shoulda also got interviewed by Mark?
Blink 182 is his favorite band. Mark Hoppus is in B812.
@Zeppelynne neil westfall is never nervous
Foda
woow
Its funny neil has said the band has called their self popcore but really when you think about it there post-hardcore, which is just a liter version of metalcore.
ναι κι εγω το νομιζα στην αρχη,αλλα αν το προσεξεις τελειωνει σε "οοο" και οχι σε "falllll"! ;)
0:15 Epic Mark Hoppus Troll Face.
Okey Dokey
There is def backing tracks....and that's fine!!!! It's not like its not live because there is a harmony and some chants in the backround
Blink 182 is his most favorite band of all time.
esse mark hoppus é foda ksoaksoaksoaksaos mó comedia
NO ADTR stand-in-place runningman? Jeremy normally doesn't do the hardcore dancing like he did during the intro...
I dont get it :p
But actually they were pretty amazing at Nassau Coliseum when I saw them with Rise Against lol so idk
i respectfully disagree. i like the band because of their sound, i love their live sound and their sound on the record, it's all a matter of opinion dude
to me adtr are pop/hardcore
bob saget kicked the shyt outta those tatooed fingers using chuck norris as a spiked hammer shaped guitar
fuckinggggggggggggg love blink and love adtr
@doublelinedminority Yeah that'swhat i was thinking, I would have been shitting myself too aha!
Mark hoppu have a tvshow hahaha . remebered when blink 182 was show at letterman haha
Back when Jeremy cared
What do you mean?
He sounds like he's having a hard time singing
Looks a lot like how they acted in the music video...
I came here thinking they were gonna cover the offspring.
@jas king The Offspring have a song called All I Want. it's one of there well known songs too.
1st comment? :D
hable en español
Yeah I kinda agree with you dude, he seemed kind out of breath in certain places and 'pissed' around with the vocals in certain places.
11,111 views! lol
