Some of the songs are edited so that the verses start so quick that Jeremy can't stop to take a breath, so they need Kevin to sing, too. And I though the harmonies were great. What are the chords and tuning and capo is 2 thats all I know but like I don't wanna tune to drop C so who knows what chords Neil is playing and the order?
You don't even need to go all the way to drop c to play the original version, I play it in E flat, so just a half step below standard, no capo. And if we're going by chord shapes here, you'll use A, E, C#, and B. So technically being in half step down tuning, A flat, E flat, C, and B flat.
They put their guitars in d-standard so it is easy to tune down to drop for songs they need, they put the capo on the second fret to make it standard so technically yes and no

I realize. I've loved ADTR since Treason and I've watched them progress and evolve and his voice has gotten a hell of a lot better. I'm not talkin crap, I'm just sharing my opinion. Jeez.
try to keep in mind singing constantly takes a toll on the voice/throat. these types of promos normally take place during the day while the band is on tour playing shows every night which again takes its toll. its simply impossible for jeremy to sing every part of the song. especially when he's trying to somewhat rest his voice to give that much more the fans at their shows, which requires some vocal rest. hes actually talked about how it takes several hours for his voice to catch up to him. imagine screaming the way he does every night for months on end.

I play the exactly same chords with cap on 2 fret and it doesn't even sound similar I even use the same strumming ..
