i've been through pop-punk, emo, hardcore, pop-rock, pop, k-pop phase throughout my teen years, but i keep going back to a day to remember phase. 6 years and counting, my love for this band.

They didn't use to, they actually use to suck live. In my opinion anyway. To jeremys credit hes gotten a lot better at singing. Ive always likde their recorded stuff and had a hard time listening to them live. But now it honestly makes me like them more knowing theyre improving as a band as they go along.

Because man, acoustic guitar has so much emotion in it. Vocals and acoustic are just mean for each other. I love it! I used to be a heavy electric guitar player until I finally got an acoustic of my own. Electric just collects dust now....

He truly has one of the most amazing voices in the whole music industry, it is a bit ruff and fierce but sounds so good and you can tell his whole heart and soul is in every note that comes out of his mouth, and its perfect for any genre of music. He is a true musician and should be the inspiration to all singers trying to make it big. his back up vocalist is crazy good to, all together this is one amazing band.

It was never about correcting people...
I simply find it quite interesting how people perceive the different genres based on what they personally listen to the most.
As a metal fan i personally think that it takes more than screaming/growling for something to be metal. But if you ask a rap/pop fan he'd probably even call Linkin Park or Volbeat, or whatever, metal :)
Truth is that with this many musical genres, all of which are only loosely defined, there's bound to be differences in opinion :)
